Hotel confortável, aconchegante, ideal para casais,staff educadissimo, nos deixaram entrar bem antes do horário do check in, café da manhã muito bom, com opções variadas,localizado entre
a cidade Alta e a cidade baixa, bastava subir as escadas do jardim que acessava a cidade Alta,onde havia uma boa parte dos pontos turísticos , próximo da principal rua dos restaurantes e bares, a Rua Tkalciceva.Enfim, uma excelente opção de hospedagem em Zagreb.

Hotel simples, mas com boas acomodações. Oferece tudo o que se propõe. O atendimento é simpatico e atencioso e tem boa localização. A parte difícil é chegar ao hotel com bagagem, já que os veículos não podem se aproximar.

Our one night stay in Zagreb was great. This hotel has a great location in the center of the pedestrian area and close to businesses, restaurants and Christmas markets. The suite’s extra room was a bit uncomfortable because of the steep angle of the room with 1 twin bed at each end of the room. Perhaps a full or queen size bed in the center would have been more comfortable and inviting.
The bedroom was quite comfortable and so was the bathroom. The staff gave us a fabulous recommendation for a lical restaurant nearby which we enjoyed very much. The entrance to the hotel was festively decorated and lit for Advent and Christmas which put us all in a celebrating mood. See picture.

Old but clean and nicely maintain the facilities and friendly staff so feel cozy. The best thing is the location of the hotel. I don't need to take a tram for 3 days trip and visit all the travel spots in the town.
Only the thing for not-good is a bed mattress is too soft for me.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great every morning. My only complaint was we couldn’t have our curtains open because our window was level with the courtyard and people would sit there all day and night.

The only reason there wasn’t a perfect score is that we had to walk through pouring rain to get to a cab. The price to pay to be in the city centre.
Staff were all friendly and helpful. A really good property.

I found Hotel Jägerhorn to be at two ends of the spectrum. On the positive, the staff and support team were fantastic. They went out of their way to help me with my questions and needs. And, the location is amazing! But, the hotel is tired. The carpet is old and stained and my room 205 was smelly. I tried to air it out with the lovely open window but to no avail. Also, as the hotel has no elevator, carrying the bags up and down two flights of stairs is a heavy lift for an older woman like me. Again, the staff were extremely helpful in taking one of the bags up and down but it required asking. They are not staffed to do so. So....I would recommend the hotel but suggest to the hotel it gives itself a bit of a renovation.....
