"We had not planned to stay here but after my Husband has a accident at the beginning of our Croatian Cruise, we were stuck in Zadar waiting on our insurance company to call, so after some time we decided it was best to find a hotel for the night and Hotel ZaDar was the closest to the bus station, where we were hanging around! We could not have chosen a better hotel. Our room was ready as soon as we walked in at around 12:30pm and the room was very big including a little kitchen area. You can also close the bedroom door so that you can close off any noise from people coming & going along the corridor. We asked if we could extend our check out from 10am until 12 the next day as were still not sure of our plans and this was no problem. The next day we found out that we needed to stay another night and again this was no problem. We also ate at the restaurant in the evening and had lovely fish the first night and although my order was messed up in the second night, it was still good and I was not too bothered. Breakfast was a very small selection but fine for what we wanted. All the staff that we encountered were lovely. My only criticism is the smell of smoke. It comes through in the air con plus the reception area stinks as there is a cafe bar where obviously people are smoking and as its Croatia, smoking is very hard to avoid. However, this would not stop me staying at this hotel again. Thanks for making a stressful few days comfortable for us."

"It is a homestay. You need to contact the landlord before checking in. There is a phone at the door, you can call, but the other party speaks Croatian. In the end, I asked the guy in the bar next door to help answer the phone. It is best to contact by email in advance to inform the check-in time, otherwise you need to wait. The landlord is very nice and introduced the nearby attractions and restaurants in detail. The room is also very beautiful, with a microwave and a refrigerator. It is in the old town, and taxis cannot go directly there, so you need to walk a short distance. You need to climb stairs, so please be careful if your suitcase is too big."

A chefe NOS pegue pessoalmente, UMA senhora Muito bonita!Preparar doces para crianças, preparar bebidas e café para adultos. Também introduzimos cuidadosamente a Cidade Velha para ver.As instalações no quarto estão cheias, a decoração é Muito bonita, e o som é isolado. Vivemos junto à igreja, não estamos aborrecidos.A irmã do chefe também preparou o trigo e a água queimada. Se você quiser, ELA resolveu o jantar, recomenda!"

Há um serviço de autocarro muito eficiente para a velha cidade fora.
