The first in my mind of Lijiang family hotel☝️ Although there were a few small episodes in the middle But the hotel staff will always remember and keep it in mind because of this little episode The staff will always apologize and feel sorry when they see you We were also taken special care of for a few days. We all felt embarrassed In the hotel, you will feel that they really want to do everything with their heart When they encounter bad things, they are also sad and upset Next time for a family trip in Yunnan, their first choice is still theirs. It is really worry-free and labor-saving.

Love love love the location. Within walking distance to the reservoir which made it easy to go for a stroll at sunrise or sunset without any logistical restrictions. Room was clean and view was amazing. However not a big fan of the room facilities especially the AI toilet (not sure why it must flush the moment I sit down every time). The shower also floods every time it is used. As I stayed here with a friend (not a couple) the barely frosted glass on the shower and toilet doors meant we had to be very comfortable with each other. The staff were on the whole polite but service was inconsistent- some staff were friendlier than others. One of the staff started shutting off the restaurant facilities before we were done with dinner which I felt was an awkward way to hurry us. This is a 5 star luxury hotel located just across the lijiang train station (5mins walk). The station surrounding area is being developed to cater to tourism so u will find McDonald's and coffee places ard and just across the street from the hotel. Amenities wise, everything exceeded our expectations for the price point we paid - room was equipped with smart switches, a huge bathtub and a larger than king size bed. We got a room with mountain view, and that's highly recommended esp if u would like to catch a glimpse of the sunrise hitting Yu Long Snow Mountain in the morning. Staff service was great and the welcome snack platter was a nice touch. Will stay here again.

The hotel is really nice👍I was a little worried about the remote location, but the hotel is in the Dongba Valley Scenic Area, right in the middle of Shuhe Ancient Town and Yulong Snow Mountain, and only takes 20 minutes to drive to either side. Although the surrounding area is not prosperous, there are many experiential activities in the hotel, and there is no time to be bored. Families with children can especially consider staying in this hotel. The children experienced tie-dyeing, learned Dongba characters, and took some photos in ethnic minority costumes. The most impressive thing was that we gathered together around the stove at night to roast dried food and drink some beer. The warm feeling was very comfortable. The room is also neat and clean, and the facilities are relatively new. The hotel waiters are very warm and kind, thank you🙏

Breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea are all worth trying, and the products are all above standard. The afternoon tea environment is very comfortable. A separate butler, any request and question response time does not exceed 2 minutes, all questions are answered, and the service is in place. In comparison, the room is slightly ordinary. The weather has been too bad in the past few days. It has been in a cycle of turning on the floor heating but not turning on the cold, but the great height and window view make up for it all. The only small regret is that when I just checked in, the aunt came to deliver welcome snacks and fruits, and came in directly by swiping the room card. Fortunately, my friend and I just stayed in the quilt to keep warm... But the aunt also apologized repeatedly, saying that she didn't hear our response clearly through the door, so let it go. Compared with all the good things provided by Wu Yu Lan, this is not even a flaw. I hope it will be a good weather next time I go there.

The room is very large, the whole house is smart, there is a TV and a projector, and there is a cafe opposite. We looked at the snow-capped mountains and drank free afternoon tea. The restaurant downstairs is also beautiful. When the sun shines in, it is very suitable for relaxation. The hotel has free round-trip shuttle service to Baisha Ancient Town, which is very good. Let's talk about software services. The waiters are all young beauties and handsome guys. Everyone is very enthusiastic, helping with luggage, helping to order high-end instant noodles when hungry at night, and taking heaters when cold. They are responsive and have a lively look. The driver is also very good, and the airport pick-up is very punctual, which makes us feel good as soon as we arrive in Lijiang. It is very heartwarming to pick us up and drop us off at Baisha Ancient Town. My friend was not feeling well, and the hotel immediately provided oxygen cylinders and delayed check-out so that she could have a good rest. In summary, I will come again next time, thank you.

We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics. While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety. Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.

The hotel is in a great location, at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. There are shuttle buses to Baisha Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town every day. The hotel service is very good, with a dedicated butler, and the butler Xiaomi is very considerate. The restaurant is also very good, and I will choose it again next time I come to Lijiang.
