Good enough……

Very upsetting the outdoor pool was closed. We traveled with our whole family to swim in the pool. They do have indoor pool but that wasn’t good enough. Hotel staff said they emptied it because they thought it would be too cold. Even in the middle of winter Hotels don’t empty their pools. They keep it running year round. Other hotels in Yueyang had their swimming pools open. We would of stayed and extra two days but felt like we were wasting our time not having the outdoor pool Multiple weddings were happening while we were there and because of this we weren’t allowed to eat in the main dining hall and when we sat in a public area we were told to leave because they wanted to take photos. The hotel staff did compensate us with a private room after we complained and spoke to the manager which was nice. But because of this we felt like guests that weren’t really cared about when some photographer told us to move our whole family because he needed to take photos(we were sitting in a public space outside our bedroom. This was our second time staying here and still no hamburgers available yet it’s still on the menu. We can look past all these things but the main thing that ruined our holiday was the pool being empty. Specially for the price we paid we felt like we got cheated

I recently returned home from a 2 night stay in this hotel. My stay was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. They let me check in early as the room was ready to stay in. The hotels' facilities were modern and evidently well cared for. The best thing about the whole experience for me was the quality of the room; which was outstanding. The location is some distance away from the centre of Yueyang, but the city can be easily reached by taxi in around 20-30 minutes. The hotel is situated right on the edge of Dongting Lake which provides opportunities for walking and observing sunrise/sunset. The breakfast was varied and good quality. My only issue would be that the 'A la carte' menu didnt reflect what was actually available. Several items were not stocked so we had to ask a number of times to order food on a lunch/dinner time. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this hotel and would recommend it to families, business people, friends, couples etc.

酒店整體環境不錯，地處優美的洞庭湖邊，很大氣的設計風格，房間帶陽台，比較寬敞，在陽台上可以直接觀賞倒對面的洞庭湖景緻，視野很開闊。前台的服務可以及時滿足到住客的需求，臨時要求延時退房，前台Nancy給了及時幫忙處理，服務很不錯。 其他都好，如果地理位置上可以離中心地區近一些會更好些，出入確實遠了些，不過離岳陽大熊貓苑不遠，相對較近的遊覽地，比較方便

服務周到，貼心細緻：從踏入到酒店大堂的那一刻起，我就被熱情周到的服務給打動，接待我的Nancy詳細介紹酒店各項設施，聊天過程中得知我是過來旅遊的，專門給我制定了一套絕佳旅遊方案，意外沒想到花這個價錢還能體驗到1對1的管家式服務，按照Nancy美女推薦的一套路線下來真的給自己節約太多事了，所以我非常感謝她為自己的旅途增添了一份色彩。 客房寬敞舒適，品質卓越：房間裝修豪華而不失品味，床鋪柔軟舒適，讓我一夜好眠。 設施完善，娛樂豐富：酒店內的健身房、泳池、餐廳一應俱全，讓我在忙綠的旅途中得到了很好的放鬆和享受。 總結：這次入住鉑爾曼酒店讓我印象深刻，無論是服務，客房品質，性價比都讓我非常滿意，五星好哦，當之無愧！

第一次到岳陽週末遊，最終選擇了鉑爾曼，果然是拍洞庭湖落日的最佳地，覺得在這看了連岳陽樓都可以不用去了！可惜湖景大床房週末定的人很多，於是下單了湖景雙床房，前台的小余很熱情地接待了，並且得知我的遺憾後免費做了升級，給到了七樓的行政大床房，房間很舒適帶景觀陽台！如果想看洞庭湖想去熊貓苑一定要來這裏！

非常滿意的一次入住，酒店非常大氣，工作人員服務也很好，尤其是給我辦理入住的經理Katherine，非常的熱情和專業，還給我免費升級了湖景房，房間陽台正對洞庭湖，視野非常開闊，非常舒服和愜意，下次還會再來！

衞生：房間很乾凈，整潔，湖景房的景觀特別好～ 服務：服務很周到，下雨了沒帶雨傘，大堂小美女Nancy幫我去房間取的，很熱情，這是其他酒店很難做到的，辛苦了～ 設施：房間設施設備很完善，應有盡有，酒店還有游泳和健身房，大氣～ 再次提醒一下，酒店整體的氛圍團隊都很不錯。

酒店地理位置在洞庭湖邊上，環境挺好的。房間大，乾淨整潔。自助早餐在同等價位裏算是豐富的，員工能根據客人要求個性定製，不會教條推諉。最後，感謝值班經理Nancy幫我們升級了房型並安排了視野很好的房間。雨中煙波浩渺的洞庭湖，很美。
