There was no hot water, front desk said that the issue was being work on and never offer a solution. Next in the morning in my check out they told the issue was resolved which is wasn’t true and came to find out that other guest had the same problem but they were moved to a room where the hot water was working. They didn’t offer anything just told me that because my reservation was made thru ******* I needed to contact them.

I didn't stay. When I arrived at the hotel they were in the midst of a power outage. The hotel was in total darkness. I was unable to check in. I requested a refund and was told that I could not get one.

The rooms (clean, up to date, very spacious, plenty of outlets, microwave, the mini refrigerator kept my beverages ice cold, loved the size of the bathroom) hotel amenities, employees and front desk (very friendly and courteous) are great. The hot water is a hit or miss. Granted they had a water main issue when I checked in. The front desk voluntarily gave me a 20% discount for one night which was cool. GPS is a must if you want to make a left turn from out the hotel. I enjoyed my stay there and loved the location.

Staff did an excellent job to cover from room NOT being ready. Many guests waiting for rooms to be ready. I had to say staff was kind professional and courteous. In my cas I was traveling since 4;00am not having a readily available room upon arrival pass 3:00pm was a bit uncomfortable

Very disappointing stay. I chose this location because I have stayed here several times in the past and typically have a good experience, but this time was so bad and the response was so poor that I could not help but leave a review. Three of the four days we were met with no hot water, and the front desk offered no support. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, and again the front desk offered no support. While understanding that things happen, the front desk was not responsive to any of these issues and offered no kindness to their guests for their discomfort

Disaster from the beginning. Waited 10min to check in. House keeping came in our room even though we had late check out. Called more then five times to get front desk personnel all around not a good experience. Rooms are nice and clean other then that not worth it

Clean first class hotel in corporate area in Yonkers, New York. Good complimentary buffet breakfast. Was told by Front Desk staff that the indoor swimming pool was only open Friday-Sunday when I checked in, which was not disclosed on their website - disappointing.

Be careful when booking. Booked for wrong state and hotel front desk refused refund. Worked for a hotel and thats definitely something that can be fixed on hotel end.
