這民宿環境太差了，房間衞生很臟，設備設施非常陳舊，門口陽台是共享的，人來人往，門口一直都有人在吵吵鬧鬧的，要説看瀑布風景，旁邊的景觀台都比這好看，沒必要花一晚一千多元來住這個房間，而且服務員態度極其惡劣，根本就沒有同情心，衹是要錢！極度不推薦住這店，不要上**真給騙了！！！

房間不是全封閉的，很奇怪。
晚上很吵，外面都是喝酒聊天的住客。
離停車場比較遠，都是石板路要搬行李很累。
樓下就有餐廳，但是也是偏貴一些
房間黴味很重，但是確實是觀瀑最佳位置，如果你不是很喜歡這個瀑布，那我建議你不要來芙蓉。
對於我來説，我是可以接受的。因為瀑布夜景很美！
但是住了4.5家酒店，我家人把這家評為體感最差的一家😹

Location is amazing. Ambience is lovely.
They let us check in as soon as we arrived. Staff are nice and helpful, giving us everything we needed like the map (photo one but I’m kind of old-fashioned and prefer the physical one). They initiated the drop-off service at the high-speed rail station and gave us the timetable for the performances.
The balcony is nice but you’ll need to stand up to see the waterfall which is not a problem for us. Plus, after wandering around, it seems that the views from our hotel is probably the most incredible.
Since it’s located on the waterfall platform, it’s easy and close to the highlight which is definitely the waterfall.
Breakfast is pretty good. And the scenery from the lobby is also marvelous.

This hotel had the best view! I honestly just stayed in my room to admire the view because it was the best!!! The staff was also very helpful and friendly (although they don’t speak English). A lady there helped order delivery and arranged a car for me to go to the train station the next day. 10/10 recommend.

A great place to admire the waterfall. The staff is very friendly and caring. We checked in quickly, immediately after cleaning the room. The room has everything a traveler needs, from water to a razor. For breakfast, you can take a very tasty steamed bun and boiled eggs. You will definitely not stay hungry. The hotel can offer a transfer to the train station. I highly recommend this place for your rest!

ห้องพักสะอาด ตอนมีบริการมารับตรงที่ซื้อตั๋ว แต่ขากลับทำกระเป๋าเดินทางเราล่วง ตัวล็อกเราเกือบเปิดไม่ได้เลย ตอนที่เค้ามาส่งที่สถานีรถไฟ แต่ก็ส่งฟรี เราเข้าใจว่ามันเป็นอุบัติเหตุ ห้องพักติดริมน้ำน้ำตกสามารถมองเห็นน้ำตกได้สวยทั้งตอนเช้าและตอนเย็นที่เปิดไฟ แต่ว่าแอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น ที่สำคัญปรับแอร์ไม่ได้ แต่โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าดีเพราะว่าบรรยากาศห้องดีมาก แต่ใดใดคืออาหารเช้ามากๆ นั่งทานข้าวริมน้ำน้ำตก สวยมากๆ

The view is spectacular. You can't find any hotels in the area to beat it. This hotel had been a summer palace for Tusi's King for around 800 years. The staff was very friendly and carried my heavy luggage from the old city entrance to the hotel. The only downside was the level of cleanliness. You could feel it that the bed, the room were not as clean as you expected, given the amount of the money you paid for. They also didn't have the mat in front of the shower or even in front of the restroom and when were requested, they asked me to use the face towel as a replacement.
If I could go back in time, I would book this hotel for just one night for a nice photo and stay elsewhere for the remaining days.

เป็นโรงแรมดังสำหรับคนไทย เราเองก็เป็นหนึ่งในคนที่ไปตามรีวิว ซึ่งอยากคอนเฟิร์มเลยว่า โรงแรมอยู่ทำเลที่ดีมากๆ และเห็นวิวน้ำตกสวยมาก เราไปช่วงสงกรานต์ พนักงานบอกว่าวันนั้นมีคนไทยประมาณ 90% ของแขกทั้งหมด
ข้อดี
1. วิว สวยจริงๆ
2. อาหารเช้าดี ไม่ได้หลากหลาย แต่ทำค่อนข้างดี
3. พนักงานบริการดี มีรถไปส่งที่สถานีรถไฟให้ด้วย
4. ทำเลดี เดินจากประตูอุทยานมาไม่ได้ไกลมาก
5. ใกล้กับทางลงไปเดินใต้น้ำตก และถ้าเดินเลยไปหน่อย ก็จะมีโชว์การแสดงตอนกลางคืน ซึ่งเราเอาบัตรอุทยานใช้เข้าชมได้ (ห้ามพลาด โชว์ดีอยู่นะ และบัตรอุทยานที่ซื้อเราเข้าได้ฟรีด้วย)
ข้อเสีย
1. เราจองห้อง 4 คนไป น่าเสียดายที่ห้องไม่ได้ติดกับวิวน้ำตก ถ้าเลือกใหม่ได้จะเลือกห้องที่แพงขึ้นและเห็นวิว
2. ห้องพักมีหลายชั้น เห็นอีกกรุ๊ปมา ถ้ากระเป๋าลากใบใหญ่ค่อนข้างลำบากนิดนึง
3. จองห้อง 4 คน แต่ได้ผ้าขนหนูแค่ 2 ชุด งงมาก แต่พอขอเพิ่มเค้าบอกผ้าหมด เลยให้แต่ผืนเล็กมาเพิ่ม
