This was a gem of a hotel. The staff were so incredibly helpful and treated us like family. We booked here for Chinese New Year to ski and didn’t know what to expect as neither of us speak much Chinese. It didn’t matter. Everyone tried to help us. I realize Holiday Inn is a big brand hotel, but it feels far more friendly than that and homely. The skiing was easy to organize. The hotel can help book ski and board hire and passes. The hotel is right next to the slopes - you can take a shuttle bus or walk 4 minutes. The skiing was also excellent - hard packed snow as you would expect, but the slopes are well laid out. The hotel restaurant was also good. Great breakfast and dinner was hot pot and buffet. Great trip - will be back!

The service was great. The room was large and comfortable. The bathtub was provided with a bathtub cover. Three people served more than a dozen dishes. They made water for late-night snacks and cleared the table. The shuttle was on call at all times. Highly recommended!

The hotel experience is great!! It has been open for less than a year. The environment is elegant, the room is spacious and comfortable, the facilities are complete, there is a Dyson hair dryer, and the bedding is especially soft, and the sleep is particularly good. Every service staff is enthusiastic, and the housekeeper Yoyo is considerate and thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, people feel at home. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the ski resort, and very convenient for travel. The Japanese breakfast is rich in variety and tastes quite good. In short, it was a very pleasant stay experience, highly recommended!

The hotel is in a very good location. There is H cable downstairs. It has its own ski equipment hall, which is very convenient. It is also very close to the central hall of the ski resort. You can take the hotel shuttle bus and walk there in less than 10 minutes. It is rare to catch up with heavy snow. Two days of skiing 🏂 is more than addictive. In addition, the official fireworks of Beida Lake Ski Resort on New Year's Eve and the first day of the new year are particularly gorgeous. It is a wise choice to come to Northeast China to celebrate the New Year! And the room manager Chen is warm and thoughtful, special thanks.

A family of three booked a stay-and-ski package, checked in on January 26 and checked out on January 27, family room 1899, including skiing for three people, breakfast, and blissful hot springs. Building 3 is a newly built hotel with new facilities, clean, comfortable and quiet environment. The cotton slippers are very nice, and the breakfast is rich. There is nothing to say about the service, because everything was arranged in advance, and no additional services are needed. By the way, there is a snooker table on the first floor.

The new hotel is very nice. Four of my friends and I stayed in a suite for more than two weeks! I am very satisfied. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious. I am very satisfied and go to the ski resort every day! The Ula hotpot is also delicious, and so are the stir-fried dishes! The hotel has arranged a pick-up and drop-off to the ski resort, so you don’t need to worry about getting back and forth~ There is also a new washing machine, otherwise there will be no place to wash clothes! The hotel is located in Wulihe Town, and there are many choices for dining. It is more convenient than staying at a ski resort or a farmhouse! You made the right choice to stay at this hotel!

We, two families, were traveling with our children and came to Beidahu to be the first to open the hotel. The hotel we stayed in was in the Beidahu Winter Olympic Village. The suite we booked had two queen rooms and a bunk bed, which was perfect for the whole family. Just right. The room is clean and comfortable, the staff are very welcoming, and it feels quite cozy. We skied and climbed the mountain. It was a clear day and the scenery on the top of the mountain was really amazing. In the evening, we went to the ski hall to have a meal and then went to the Paradise Hot Spring for a bath. We felt much more relaxed, and there were many entertainment activities in the soup house. The two children are reluctant to part with this and will come back after a while😊
