Cleanliness : worse that what you can thought of, can see dead bodies of the insect underneath the bed, why I know? Because we combine the bed so that the kids can sleep together with us to prevent them from falling off from the bed~
Service: not to mention because it sucks! Why? I done my booking via trip.com on 6 Jan. app reminded me not to forget my booking. Upon arrival at the counter, the staff told me that I’VE CANCELLED MY BOOKING. Eh… Common la! How the hell I arrive there after I cancel my booking???? Counter staff asked me to call trip.com to clarify, CSO of trip.com saw my booking is still valid and was lost after I told them was cancelled. They say they will call the hotel to check.
All the ding dong here and there, my husband managed to get the hotel in charge to check with them and at the same time my husband check on his email. He saw this email sent from the hotel stated “THE HOTEL CANCELLED MY BOOKING” just 1 day before my arrival date!!!!
Counter staff still trying luck to act blur after we show the proof she say she don know about it. Ok, benefits of doubts. I had given the trust to counter staff that she don’t know a single ****.
Asking for a final conclusion from them. They told my husband they will do a full refund on that room and try not to take us in for the stay, seriously I hot Sia! They cancelled my booking and still don wan to give us a room to stay. Again! Drama! After ding dong, they gave us a family room for just a night and I need it for 2 nights. Thank god I am leaving in the middle of the night on the 2nd night, if not I seriously don know where to stay. Spoil my CNY day 1 plan and mood. Some more I am driving over can turn back to Singapore anytime. What if I took an airplane over to stay there and they gave me this kind of crap?
