We had stayed in the Gallery Hotel nearby but they did not have a room available for our last night so we stayed in this hotel. The pool is nice and the rooms are somewhat clean but there were stains on the sheets. However, there was a generator or something that made a lot of noise all night and it was difficult to sleep. It is next door to Via Via a lovely restaurant so that was convenient but I would not stay there again.

Fijn guest house in een levendige straat met restaurants, winkeltjes, massagesalons en laundryshops. In het guest house is het aangenaam stil. De kamers zijn ruim, met airco. Fijne stoelen in de galerij voor de kamers. Goede matrassen. De badkamer was wat verouderd, maar wel prima in het gebruik. Ook prima ontbijtbuffet. Ter plekke worden eieren gebakken of pannenkoeken gemaakt voor je. Enige minpunt was dat de WiFi slecht was. Op te lossen door te eten bij het restaurant Via Via, twee deuren verder. Goed eten en goede WiFi.

Location is excellent, close to many restaurants and a popular area with tourists. Hotel staff were positive and helpful. The problem is lack of maintenance to the fabric of the hotel and some basic problems with proper cleanliness of the rooms! The very wet weather during our stay didn't help and may have explained the presence of a large worm found under the bed late on our first evening!! The next day, with the help of our guide, we had a fundamental discussion about the need to ”deep-clean” the room other wise we would not stay. Thankfully, the hotel rose to the challenge and the rest of our stay was uneventful. Would we stay there again? Possibly, the location is good. However, the hotel needs to invest money in the fabric of the building AND ensure proper cleaning standards are maintained.

Stay here, family room fits 4 people, the place is comfortable, clean, strategic location close to cafe shops and souvenir accessories, parking is also available although not too large (fits ± 5 cars). Overall very good and the employees are very friendly. Rate 9/10 ✅

there are many hotels that offer a comfortable place to stay but this hotel offers a safe and spacious place to enjoy the beauty of the city of Jogja and comfortable rest when tired after traveling around tourist attractions full of resorts and culinary delights, the point is that it is highly recommended for the completeness of the facilities served and the main thing is that it is very strategically located which makes us cheap when going around town and resorts and the other is the place is close to traditional eating places such as soto in the morning and wet snacks which are very easy to get, basically the needs around the hotel are very comfortable and friendly and no less important close to ring road access

Excellent location. Next road and the road on which the hotel is located has many eateries, coffee shops, souvenir shops. Walkable to all of them. The hotel itself is good. Spacious rooms. We had room (king bed) on the 4th floor. Nice and clean. It has balcony facing the city. The odd numbered rooms are city facing and even numbered are pool facing. The pool water is ice cold all the time ! That wasnt really great. Breakfast was decent - no western/ English fare (no sausage, bacons etc.) Fruits were great, otherwise Indonesian menu in the breakfast. There was pancakes, eggs corner, muffins but similar and standard each day. We stayed for 4 nights. They dont have a 'Earthquake alert system' - there are earthquakes pretty much every day in Yogyakarta. Staff helpful polite and courteous. They have breakfast boxes if you are leaving before 6 am for a flight / anything else. Good stay. Will recommend the hotel.

the service is the first champion!there is no elevator,but there is a clerk who is willing to bring things upstairs.when you want to put it in the freezer,you can also take it,and it's great again,my husband and i feel that the air conditioner is not cold enough in the deluxe room, directly the clerk offered to change a colder room, even to a suite room without any extra charge! Good food although not many choices
