It's an upscale hotel. The staff are very welcoming and nice of them to upgrade us to Deluxe Premiere Double room. Bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is good (esp. for the hot weather). Cleanliness can be improved (eg toilet). Our room is right in front of the lift but we were not being disturbed by noises. Breakfast spread is good! Quite a few eateries around the hotel. Otherwise, taking Grab taxi to places is convenient and reasonable fares.

We stayed on 14 - 16 february and booked our room with Agoda and the room was a good size, the hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities, so we applaud their environment. The front desk staff were very nice. Especially Heru, who arranged our trips and acted our tour driver . He took us trip to Borobudur , mount Merapi and Prambanan because on as we were not familiar with Yogyakarta. he also helped us to contact and book hotel at bromo , very patient and enthusiastic, emphasized all the details. It was a great pleasure to meet Heru.

This is a fancy place in a historical building in walking distance from the historical city centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the cuisine is excellent and the breakfast buffet wowed us. Food is served i.a. on an inner court, which is peaceful and quiet, away from the street noise. The pool, lays protected, and doesn’t have direct sunlight as of noon, which comes handy since these are the tropics. 

The receptionist did not explain regarding check in procedure and took my passport and share with Archipelago International and thick the boxes on my behalf. We have brought the matter up to the management. During breakfast the staff took our photos without our permission while we were eating. Kindly look into this matter. Do not take for granted on the privacy of guests.

I have a great stay in FaveHotel Malioboro. The only downside is there is no fitness room and the mosque is beside the hotel. Every morning we will be awaken by the prayers. Other than that, everything is good, near to Malioboro street. In addition ,I would like to give compliment to Miss April and the hotel driver. Miss April was really helpful and caring. I fell down when I jogged on 28/8, the staff immediately called the driver to fetch me to the 24 hours clinic. The driver help me to get the medicine and pay the medical fees first as I didn't bring money to the clinic. Miss April helped me to purchase the train tickets to Yogyakarta International Airport as I was not able to do the online payment. I really feel warm. All the staff are well manner, there provide welcome drinks and every floor has a free water cooler. The buffet breakfast is good. The hotel also provides free shuttle to Train Station. Thanks again to Favehotel Malioboro! If I come again, I will choose to stay here again.

The hotel is near to the Train Station, but the window sound proofing is poor. We cannot sleep the whole night, due to constant beeping sound of the train preparing to leave. It is a sharp beeping sound that goes on the whole night. Even when it stop, you can still hear it play back in your mind. Our facing is facing their pool, and sound from the pool, even conversation at wee hours of the night can be heard in our room. Service Personnel are helpful and nice

I have stayed in many hotels in many countries, I can say, in my opinion it is not an exaggeration if I say that Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta staff is the friendliest among other hotels I have visited. You should try to stay in this hotel, you will understand what I mean. Unfortunately, the breakfast at this hotel is below what I expected, western food has not many choices and the taste is mediocre, there are many kinds of Indonesian food, I think this hotel is trying to highlight Indonesian flavors, but I feel that only a handful of Indonesian dishes are delicious in my opinion, namely Bakmie Bangka, Batagor and Gorengan (mendoan and bakwan vegetables), the soto was a disappointment. However, I still feel satisfied staying at this hotel, because it has friendly staff and comfortable beds

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. It was incredibly convenient to have everything within walking distance. Accommodating Room Requests: I was pleased with how well the hotel fulfilled my room preferences. The staff was attentive and made sure that my requested room type was available, ensuring a comfortable stay. Friendly Staff: The hotel staff members were incredibly warm and friendly. They greeted me with a smile and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their helpful and welcoming attitude truly added to the positive experience. Areas for Improvement: Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast served was decent, I felt that there could have been more variety in the menu. It would be great if the hotel could offer a wider selection of options to cater to different tastes and preferences. In conclusion, this hotel offers a great location in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. The staff's friendly demeanor and their ability to fulfill room requests were definite highlights of my stay. With a little more attention to breakfast variety, this hotel has the potential to provide an even more enjoyable experience for its guests

Jogja is one of my favorite destination. You can meet warm and nice people, great culture and seems like the time really slowing down. The Atrium Hotel & Resort When you enter the gate, you already feel comfort and homy. All workers there will give you sincere smile and ready to help you. The room also look warm, comfort and clean. It provide basic need for that kind of room. (thank you for room decoration set up) This hotel also provide nice swimming pool and fitness center, great taste iftar and sahur. Either you only stay at hotel all day or you go around Jogja, or you on holiday or in business travel, this hotel will welcome you and comfort you. Thank you for Mr,Andy and team.
