the bad things: the room had a horrible durian smell, some guests brought it in maybe, guests should not be allowed to bring that fruit to the hotel. the smell was very very strong and I couldn't sleep because of it, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo or body wash bottles, instead they give you a small amount in a small mineral water bottle, there is little to no amenities, only toothbrush, the electric kettle is also dirty.
The good things: overall clean room, has a big window, good view and is close to the center of the city, bed is comfortable, the lighting is good. fast check in and check out. the room isn't too small, it's an okay size. Has TV, works well.
Recommend for one to two nights stay, no more.

酒店位置很好 就在步行街對面 樓下吃喝娛樂一應俱全 特別值得一提的是房間裏的美的空調很舒適 靜音 不直吹 價格非常實惠 周邊交通便利 距離鼓樓 玉皇閣非常近 性價比之選

九月三十號的服務員，服務極差，態度極差，你解決不了的問題可以請示店長啊。酒店規定也是欺負客人:1、十二點退房沒有商量的餘地，一小時二十元，那客人在早晨退房住不到二十四小時，酒店是不是也該推差價呢。2、每天價格不一樣，應該允許高價退房重訂，別的酒店都允許尚優客銀川鼓樓店就不行。綜上，銀川尚優客鼓樓店就是欺負客人，給客人體驗極差

酒店太垃圾了 不能叫酒店衹能説是賓館 沒有洗髮水沒有沐浴露 還是那種招待所里老式洗頭沐浴一體的掛牆乳膏 顏色都不對 感覺都過期了 隔音一點不好 窗子也沒辦法打開通風 洗完頭吹頭髮 吹風機都是壞的 壓根用不了 這就是一晚100塊錢的房子

房間隔音太差了，樓道衹要有人敲門基本在房間都會感覺到吵，洗澡水忽熱忽冷，得虧是夏天，湊合湊合，在攜程上定的這個房子顯示在酒店2-5樓，到店後安排的6樓，也罷也罷！問前台網頁上的房間設施為什麼跟實際不一樣，告訴我説是網頁上圖片上上錯了……既然早知道圖片有問題為什麼不改？每次來給顧客介紹不麻煩嗎？祝商家生意興隆！
