Wanda Realm Yinchuan

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

Great hotel, nice rooms, highly recommended

Wansa Realm was a goos hotel, the only downfall was that the swimmin pool was under renovation...Breakfast was amazing, would love to stay again

What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Special thanks to Brook, Director of Rooms, for super customer service and his helpful English skills.

Service is not bad

房間比較舒適，樓層較高，風景不錯，但是晚上有點冷，空調不太管用，早餐菜品一般，沒有麪食，衹有米粉，身為北方人還是吃不太習慣米粉，到酒店辦入住是晚上十二點了，門口坐着的服務人員和前台服務員全程板著臉，一句你好也沒有，我覺得還有待提高，應該多培訓培訓。

前台，餐廳服務員態度都很好，訂的無煙房（有訂房記錄），第一個接待的前台説沒記錄無煙房，旁邊一個可能是女主管馬上説可以安排，升艙到行政樓層。沒看清她的名字。房間裏很熱，30°又很乾燥，空調不製冷，一晚上醒了幾次，早上房間温度降到28°，下樓出門，才發現外面還有點冷。路上騎車的人，有的還穿羽絨服。早餐品種很豐富，可惜有點瑕疵，餐具上還有小菜葉殘留，沒洗乾淨。

位置位於萬達中心，毗鄰鳳凰公園，距離寧夏博物館很近 環境：整體環境雅緻，晚上也沒有嘈雜吵鬧聲 設施：酒店有地面和地下停車場，地下停車場有點逼仄，地面停車場入口是路口左邊的那個，進錯得繞一大圈

非常不錯的體驗。很謝謝管家whisper的安排。原本預訂的豪華房。因為帶了小寶貝免費升級了親子房。有很多小朋友喜歡的玩具。服務也很棒。入住有工作人員把我們送到房間，介紹用品。早餐也很棒。周邊很方便，去懷遠夜市打車很近
