住過最差的萬豪了。下午時分開車到達酒店門口，沒有禮賓過來幫忙搬行李，還要自己搬行李。前台check in的小姑娘，臉上毫無笑容。房間裏的冰箱居然是上鎖的，打電話要求開鎖，居然還問我是要實用裏面的飲料還是需要使用冰箱？難道她認為我消費不起一聽28的可樂？酒店的地理位置是好的，但服務對不起萬豪的品牌。

很少寫點評。這次住萬豪真的是印象深刻了。下午四點多到的，跟朋友帶着娃，兩間房，本來説衹有一間，説好第二張辦好送過來，我們要先帶娃休息。等半天弄好了一件房，（沒有門僮送行李，也沒有人問是否需要。）到電梯，房卡竟然刷不了樓層，跟着別人到了52層，再下去，找到前台，重新刷卡，到了房門口，房卡刷不進門。我就呵呵了，五星級酒店連續犯這種錯誤，連句道歉也沒有。
我辦理入住時，不僅慢，連早餐幾點到幾點，在哪裡吃也不告知。我詢問了，前台跟我説我的訂單沒有早餐。直接把我説懵了。第二次去前台，確認了訂單又説有了，真的無語。
沒有住過比這更加差的酒店了，連一星我都不想給。

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

This a great hotel to stay in for a night or two. All the
staff are very helpful and courteous and the rooms
are modern and clean. It's nice to be so high up and
have a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet
was definitely worth the money as well.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

Very convenient location, five minutes walk to the Ningxia Museum. Great breakfast selection. Very good amenities auch as swimming pool and gym.
