Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

The hotel is in a developing part of the city. So, not a lot around it. But that’s the only disadvantage. It is a beautiful and stylish hotel. The service matched the quality. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A special mention to Rain. He helped us two times. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The room stylishly decorated. We didn’t get to swim but the pool is large. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! Special thanks to Brook, Director of Rooms, for super customer service and his helpful English skills.

The hotel is surrounded by parks and has a decent-sized supermarket right next to it. It was about an 8 minute ride to Yinchuan Station, and from the north facing windows you can see the new CBD, also about 8 minutes away by taxi. The room was bright and quiet at my end of the hotel. The breakfast was substantial.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can reach the shopping mall from the sixth floor. The room is very clean. There is a business area on the seventh floor where you can print information. The breakfast is also very rich. Highly recommended!

I chose the Courtyard by Marriott for this trip to Yinchuan. I was very satisfied. The location is good, it is convenient to go everywhere, the hygiene is good, the breakfast is delicious, the service is good, especially my service butler Wang Jiayu is very attentive and thoughtful. The hotel staff are of high quality and the service is very warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is rich in variety. The hotel environment is very good, very clean, and there is a parking lot. What's even more worth mentioning is that diagonally opposite the hotel is the Gulou Pedestrian Street business district, which is very lively and has convenient transportation. Overall, it is great value for money and a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend it to everyone.
