Like the surrounding area. Many good restaurants nearby. Good location. Breakfast is delicious however few selections only. Overall very satisfied with the breakfast. Kids also enjoyed swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and also hot spring pool. Guests in Wellspring by Silks can also access to the Just Sleep’s facilities

Room Price is bit over rated. But location is perfect. Best part is that they have your own hotspring in room. But facilities are bit old

very good location, nice receptionist, this is my second time to take.
the special thing is they take note about my stay period is my birthday and give my a little birthday gift ..
this is a great offer....oh...also they free upgraded to family suite room for my party (3 rooms)
must go and book again ...

Great location for a weekend away from work. The onsen both in the room and outdoors are great for relaxing and loosening up the muscles. The breakfast buffet was ok, quite limited selections in my opinion.

The service provided by the staff was amazing, especially by Mark. Mark was very attentive to our needs and was patient to clearly explain the various events occuring on that day. When dinner was fully booked for the day he even went to great lengths to secure a table for us and informed us as soon as the arrangements were made. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
