Choosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy.
In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests.
A huge thank you to ****n who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite.
Although I managed (with the help of ****n) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!

酒店在葉裏温大學附近 步行去社會主義大階梯大約20分鐘 沿路是總統府（可能）和大使館區 建築都很漂亮。
酒店服務都很熱情 我們到達時 房間還沒好 前台請我們坐在沙發上 併為我們提供了免費的飲品 無論什麼咖啡 或果汁 都現做給你 我一度以為是要付費的。
酒店是那種精品酒店 不是大型連鎖酒店 但是老闆（經理）非常用心 早餐雖然不能像連鎖酒店那樣規模龐大 但是我們吃了4天早餐 每天都是有不重樣的新菜式 前台和服務人員每次見面都打招呼 很友好。
看到服務員打掃衞生也是一絲不苟 進房間時 特地摸了一下衣櫥裏的每個格子 都沒有灰塵。一般很多酒店衹是表面工程。

I have taken 2 rooms and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my family during 1st week of February 2024. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the restaurant too. The breakfast was also nice. They have a sauna also in the basement which we tried and was in excellent condition. There is a supermarket next beside the hotel where you can purchase anything that's required urgently. Also the shopping streets and good restaurants are on a walkable distance from the hotel. The staffs were polite and supportive. I surely recommend this hotel

I was genuinely impressed by my 9-day stay at this hotel in July 2023. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and meticulous attention to every detail set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The spacious and modern room exceeded my expectations, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The inviting ambiance and the delightfully fresh and soft towels added a luxurious touch that truly enhanced my stay. What sets this hotel apart is its commitment to detail, evident in both design and amenities. Every aspect contributed to making my stay exceptionally enjoyable. The convenience of the metro station just across the street and a short walk to the city center made exploring the city a breeze. A special note of gratitude for the beautiful flowers – a thoughtful gesture that personalized my experience. I can't wait for the opportunity to return. This hotel is more than accommodation; it's a genuine highlight of any visit to the city.

We enjoyed our 2-day stay at the Dave Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, the pool and sauna are clean and relaxing, and you can reach beautiful places to enjoy within walking distance. Thank you for the pleasant stay :) We booked a family room and it was spacious. The two rooms are connected via a lockable door. Both Rooms have their own bathroom, television, and safe. The minibar is sensefully placed in the parent part of the room. Very good. We liked the breakfast. Everything was fresh and the choice was great. The Restaurant serves dinner till 23:00 and it is freshly made. We enjoyed dishes from the Armenian menu. Delicious. I can suggest eating at the Restaurant—an amiable waitress.

New city boutique hotel with great location and value for money. Immaculate cleanliness of the room on arrival and daily cleaning service. Accommodating reception. We’ve booked double deluxe room, quite specious, with coffee machine, TV, safety box, toiletries, shower gel/shampoo/soup “Dove” brand in dispensers, mini bar, complimentary water and sweets. As anniversary treat we’ve got swan towels arrangement on the bed. There gym, pool, bar, all day restaurant in hotel. Lots of small mini markets walking distance in the neighborhood. Disliked · 1) The breakfast was decent, but for international travelers’ convenience it would be great to have a labels on the dishes, perhaps ingredients for guests with allergies, dieting, Muslim (vegetarian, vegan, pork, beef, nuts , dairy etc). 2) Double deluxe rooms ( rooms higher category), as we were explained, located only in the lower floor. Our room was on second floor, so the view was not great, though the room itself was nice.
