Отличный отель. Приятно удивил всем. Уютный, Очень чистый номер и туалет. Хорошая кровать , матрас , спала прекрасно всю ночь , тапочки, халаты пришлись очень кстати. Приятно поразили завтраки, все очень вкусно и большое разнообразие для 3х звёзд. отзывчивый персонал. Рекомендую .

위치는 걸어서 중심지역을 다니기에 충분하였고, 직원들이 친절하게 근처 현지인식당을 예약해주어 분위기 좋은곳에서 멋진 식사를 할 수 있었습니다.
조식을 매일 바꾸어주어 여행하는 재미를 더하여주었으며, 숙소가 큰길에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 소음이 없어서 좋았어요. 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 보관해주어 더욱 감사합니다

everything in this hotel was super amazing , the staff were so friendly and helpful the room is clean and cozy i felt like a home , and the breakfast there is super delicious and fresh 10/10 , Yerevan boutique hotel thank you so much for the wonderful week

Horrible place to stay. The room is tiny. This is the standard room so I would hate to see what the budget room would be like. There is only a two foot space around the bed and that is all. No room to even unpack. Definitely not the 18sq meters advertised. Constant loud yelling and talking and noise from the front desk. Traffic noise passing by the window and noise from the park accross the alley. The booking indicated they provide a bottle of drinking water which is not true. No drinking water was provided. It is quite far from the center. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Definitely a Hell on Earth kind of place.

Wonderful hotel, super clean and modern room, the staff are beautiful and caring .. the location is perfect right in the heart of the city.. hotel rate is also perfect for all the things that it offers.. couldnt have asked for more.. had a very pleasant business trip ..

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff especially the lady who is working in the dining n kitchen, Housekeeping lady and all front desk staff .All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with there time and advice

С 20.05 по 27.05.2024 отдыхали в отеле Yerevan Boutique. Небольшой, но очень уютный номер. Каждый день убирали. В отеле 3 этажа, есть лифт. На рисепшене любезные администраторы. Хотим выделить Спартака. Очень быстро решал все наши вопросы, советовал, куда лучше сходить и что посмотреть, где перекусить. Огромное ему спасибо. Изумительные завтраки. Еда разнообразная и очень вкусная (как домашняя). Жаль, что нет обедов и ужинов. Обязательно ещё неоднократно посетим этот отель и будем советовать своим друзьям.

Si tratta di un piccolo hotel vicino al centro, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalle due principali piazze di Yerevan (Piazza della Repubblica e Piazza con il Teatro dell'Opera). L'albergo fa sentire l'ospite come a casa (pantofole, ciabatte, pettine, dentifricio, spazzolino) e si trova all'interno di un cortile per cui risulta silenzioso. Ottima la prima colazione, orientata al salato ma ci sono anche alcuni dolci. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Небольшой уютный отель в пешей доступности от центра. Очень тихий, так как расположен в глубине двора. Небольшие, но очень уютные номера со всем необходимым (хорошая постель, отличное чистое белье и полотенца, халаты, тапочки, аксессуары в ванной, чайник, вода), хорошая, нормально работающая сантехника. Отличные завтраки, с удивительно разнообразными для такого небольшого отеля выбором блюд. Очень приветливый и профессиональный персонал, готовый помочь во всем, что необходимо. Твёрдая 5, рекомендую
