From pre-arrival to checkout my stay was phenomenal. I decided to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Yerevan which I noticed was a brand-new property in Armenia. I was travelling to Armenia as I had to undergo a surgery and needed somewhere comfortable to stay for 11 nights. I called the property and got in touch with Narek who was kind enough to connect me with Nazaret via email. Nazaret was able to help me with my room preference for my stay so that I'm more comfortable and he followed up after to ensure my surgery went well and my recovery was good also. Fast forward to my check in date, I arrived at the hotel around 5 a.m. and had no hope of being checked in as I know that the check in is at 3p.m., however I was lucky enough to have Liza check us in, she was very knowledgeable, kind and ready to help with anything. The room was extremely comfortable, great bed and design. For breakfast our first day we arrived at GIA restaurant and our server Vahagn was so friendly and was ready to help with anything, provided us with great hospitality, he even gave me cup to put some yogurt to go as I was going to have some challenges eating the day of my surgery. The day after my surgery, I arrived to the restaurant all bruised up and was looking to get some pineapple juice however the buffet did not have it which I was ok with, but when Artyom the server realized that I wanted pineapple juice specifically because it really helps with swelling, he worked his magic and had a freshly squeezed glass at my table, honestly that blew my mind, and to top it all off he brought me another cup once I was done with everything and was going to leave and told me this is for you to enjoy later. Next day when I came in for breakfast, I didn't even have to ask and Artyom just brought the pineapple juice to my table. Now let's talk about Lilia the hostess, to tell you that she made me feel like family is an understatement. What a beautiful soul she has, every time I walked into the restaurant, she genuinely inquired of how I'm feeling, how is my recovery and she wasn't asking just to ask, I could tell she was truly interested and concerned. I can tell that Lilia will have an amazing career and any position she does she will excel in it. Promote this girl already! Anush on the omelet station was so kind and outstanding at what she did, my fiancé was so excited to get an omelet from her, he said it's one of the best he has tried, and I agree, there was another lady at that station also really good and friendly but sadly I didn't get her name down. ****n the server was so friendly and nice to us during our stay. Once I was able to have caffeine after my surgery, he made me a rally good caramel iced coffee and just like Artyom he anticipated my needs. Naira who was our housekeeping attendant helped us so much during our stay, from bringing us extra water, towels, pillows, even putting my flowers in the vase, always inquiring about my wellbeing and so kind and respectf

I have stayed at Marriott brand properties around the world and never have I felt such an elevated hotel experience from the Courtyard brand. The attentiveness of the staff made me feel as if I was staying at a resort for holiday even though I was here for business. They remembered my preferences, answers my questions and provided a very comfortable stay. Outside of my room, the gym was my favorite space to use during free time and the wide variety of equipment is excellent. I would absolutely come back to this property in the future!

The hotel's prime location provided easy access to key attractions, while the modern and stylish interiors created a welcoming a**osphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay. From the well-designed rooms to the delicious dining options, everything was in a high level. I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the city.

It was a calm and friendly trip. I have never regretted booking this hotel. thanks to the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sophie, i guess she is a lobby supervisor. She’s the best. I really recommend this place - location, views, service, staff, room comfort - 10/10. if you want to spend time with pleasure after walking around the city, come here))

Everything was absolutely perfect ... an incredible welcome, exceptional bedding and above all an irreproachable quality of service ... I can only recommend this wonderful hotel in Erevan
