Spotlessly clean hotel in a lovely location with views towards the Balkan Mountains. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom. Excellent facilities in the hotel including a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Very good service with attentive staff.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best wedding venue in Bulgaria! Service was spot-on, staff was amazing, the food was delicious. And the owner.... fabulous in every sense of the word - a true gentleman that will help you with every single detail, guide you and make sure you choose nothing ,but the best! On top of this an awesome human being! And our decorator ...no words ! She put her heart and soul to make sure everything was perfect, as we have imagined it ! Thank you all! You helped us make our dream wedding come true!

We've been there many times on SPA weekends, wedding ceremonies, private celebration parties. The location is great, close to Sofia, accommodation is awesome - spacious rooms, clean SPA areas, delicious meals in the restaurant. It won't be untrue if I call this place an excellent choice to overcome the city stress and make a quick getaway with your family and friends. The staff is smiley, friendly and satisfied all my crazy requests:):):). highly recommend this location for various activities.

A magical place offering peace, delicious food and relaxation. People working there are kind and caring and the you feel like you a good friend expected with excitement. The rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. The garden is amazing. Swimming pool are clean and warm. The location is close to Sofia.

With my fiance we booked Villa Ekaterina for our wedding in May 2022. We signed a contract as well as gave a deposit. Few days after we "legally arranged" our wedding at Villa Ekaterina, the manager Stoyan Tonchev called us to inform us that our wedding was off because another couple who allegedly had taken and cancelled our date before has actually not cancelled anything in reality. Stoyan Tonchev wanted to cancel our contract and return us the deposit. I know, the situation sounds absurd, but let me get into more details. We asked Villa Ekterina to return us the deposit multiplied by 2 because based on their contract if they cancel a contract they owl twice the deposit - it is well written in the contract we signed. However Mr Tonchev disagreed and told us that they will hold both weddings - mine and the other couple' in one day! We said that this is unacceptable and they cannot do this! Well, seems like they can because in the contract there is no clause stating that more than 1 wedding cannot be held in Villa Ekaterina for the same day. Beware - the owners of Villa Ekaterina are interested only in money and don't have about customer satisfaction or good user experience. They will try to take your money. Before signing any contracts with them - CONSULT A LAWYER! I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or acquaintance.
