Ficamos aqui, por estar dentro do pacote que fizemos de viagem. A promessa era um resort com All Inclusive… Decepção…. Está para um hotel 3 estrelas e olhe lá! Vamos por parte. O quarto, o banheiro e principalmente o chuveiro são bons!! Comida…. Péssima ( todos do grupo reclamaram) Piscina… só coberta e água fria.. super escura… “ Praia particular” ridiculamente pequena, sem assistência e conforto!! Localização péssima!!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a tour group seeing different sites around Turkey. We didn’t necessarily choose this hotel, but I definitely would not go back there again if I could avoid it. The elevator only has one button that goes up and you have to wait for it to come all the way down. It was the worst Hotel of the seven that I stayed at in 10 days in Turkey. Do your research and choose wisely.

For a 5 star hotel this was a 12 star. The hotel is old and tired. Only two lifts that kept stopping. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. No safety box in room. Buffet breakfast was not 4/5 star. The beach is a tiny ***** of smelly sand and the water stinks like sewage due to the flowing water sewage coming from hotel. The staff at front desk were very nonchalant. So many other nice places to stay!

Splendid sea view with balcony and the restaurant views were spectacular. Pleasant surprise from the other hotels on the itinerary. Only drawback was that at time of visit it was scorching hot heat and I walked by myself along the waters and it was peaceful but had a lot of mosquitoes unfortunately

Don't bother , small hotel with even smaller lifts that you will be waiting forever for , food is basic and repetitive, with about 8 trays of warm food ( most all inclusive hotels have 20-30 ) , the rooms are basic and clean the balcony is tiny and can fit one person at best , reception staff are rude and unhelpful.

The hotel is really great, clean food is good. Rooms are great, staff are fab and fun. All bar staff were great, helpful and friendly. I was in room 710 and the cleaner was so lovely, Gúlsúm cleaned my room brilliantly every time. Matti on reception was a lovely lovely man. Always so helpful. Everyone was so lovely. Beautiful views. We are a 3 members family. So hope our room were at least 2 queen beds, but it was 2 twin beds and a couch. Hard matress. The breakfast horrible. No good coffee, machine was broken. No good juice. Cold meals. We enjoyed by night the suppousely latin party. We made the party with our friends and sing karaoke and dance. Hotel was very clean. The elevators are too small. The emergency stairs did not has handles. The air conditioner was hot. We opened the sliding door to get some fresh air and sleep.

Very poor customer service and the buffet was horrible we were told 50 dollars US to get 15 items washed and ended up paying 80 US dollars after airline lost are luggage for 5 days front counter staff was dishonest and rude would never stay here again and won’t recommend it to anyone.

Very small toilets. Only one large lift . Other two are two small... inadequate for a large hotel. Restaurant is self-service. Paper cups provided in the rooms for tea/coffee. Linens / towels aren't changed every day. Food is average. Amenities are no better than a three star hotel.
