Fantasia Deluxe Hotel

This is a lovely hotel with great food, helpful staff. It is very clean and has amazing views. My holiday company failed to point out that there are loads of steep stairs outside as the pools, beach, theatre etc are on 3 different levels. There are ramps but several, including the one at the front door , are too steep for wheelchairs. The swimming pool would benefit from a ladder in the shallow end to make access easier. If I was more mobile I would happily return to this hotel.

Lovely smooth transfer to Hotel .. booked a private transfer .. an hour from airport just out side the town .. On arrival allocated first floor side room with nice garden and sea view .. work construction was going on but you can’t hear anything.. I was worried about this on booking. But had nothing to worry about. Nice size room and balcony with fridge filled daily with drinks and cleaning done daily to … Yes the hotel is a little dated .. but the atmosphere and friendly staff and people made up for this your only their a week ! .. so much to do in hotel for all ages .. I’d give food 7/10 .. although you do get 1 a la carte meal per week which can be booked this was excellent 👌.. drinks 10/10 vast range of cocktails 🍸 to choose and lovely wine .. entertainment 9/10 just one lady let it down in animation team ! Didn’t really get involved.. but everyone else encourages you to join in darts , water games , water gym etc Some shows in the evening good , fire show , foam party , African dancers .. some other things not so good .. but still a laugh 😆 We went out once for a meal and breakfast done two trips both booked with Bergin Tours .. scuba diving and dune buggy’s .. both great value and recommended… I didn’t use spa in hotel .. but again was really good value Even tho this isn’t in our opinion 5 star ⭐️ it was ver good value for money of your on a budget , clean , and a very friendly place to stay .. would definitely return.. A good little market shopping center 10 min walk away for bargain bags , clothes , Turkish delight etc ..although the shop in the hotel reasonable for cigarettes we thought … The photo man a rip off ! And wouldn’t entertain him .. only bad experience in the hotel .. had us doing an 1hr photo shoot .. to then expect a fortune for minimum £40 for 5 photos … Water sports available on beach area and a nice swim in the morning.. hotel beach is man made .. although theirs 3 beach near dolmus or taxi that are beautiful in Kuşadasi if your wanting it for kids If you’re thinking about booking then do !! Don’t listen to negativity.. we nearly did listen to nonsense reviews and was very pleased at what our holiday was in the end .. best all inclusive I’ve been on for a while and I’m not a huge fan normally.. but this hotel is very different ..

Highly recomend. Everything was fantastic. Food fantastic, huge choise and very tasty. Entertament more than expected. Olga, Katia, Eddy, Sam and Katle the best animation team. Room service is exelent. Everywhere very clean. One more time, highly recomend.

Brilliant hotel with amazing staff. 2nd stay at the hotel. Great staff, animation team is amazing especially Sam room Gerry good food is brilliant everything perfect nice show every night different show thanks for all staff see u next year

I’m not sure where to begin…. On check in for our family holiday we was put 4 floors apart as mum I had to make a decision on what children could now leave me & go with nan (who we bring as an additional carer due to my families needs) so sent my 15&17year olds to floor 7 while the rest of us went to floor 3, on night 1 we are exhausted go to bed to be woken at 1am by our 15 year old who’s wearing a red child wrist band extremely drunk he had been served vodka all night at the bar amazing what a fab start when complaining I am told ‘it’s your responsibility to watch him’ I agree it really is however what’s the point in coloured wrist bands if they are meaningless anyway & I will struggle to watch him from 4 floors away but cool cheers for that. On our second night we had purchased 6 bingo tickets but Sam only had 4 on him, when we arrived at bingo & asked for the other 2 we was called crazy & accused of stealing 2 tickets at the cost of 200lira honestly it isn’t that deep we was then watched constantly as tho we would whip out the 2 tickets we didn’t have, when someone else joined our table with a ticket we & the staff was interrogated about where it had come from it was nuts. Sam then took the opportunity to make snide comments everytime I see him ‘come do games your really lazy’ no it’s not lazy I’m just not sure what im meant to do with my children there is 0 entertainment for while i play adult games - the same games they make the children leave the pool to play with the adults. When i questioned the entertainment staff about where was the children’s entertainment I was told there was none & on asking if this isn’t a family hotel I was told ‘no used to be an indoor kids club but no more we not so much children as no child slides or kids club’ I was told pretty much the same by 5 various members of staff. The only person who did tell me it was for families was Amelia from guest services this was after another guest sat on the sandy beach (if you can call it that) complained one of my children had got sand on a tshirt which resulted in staff squashing & raking my children’s sand creations & security asking us to move to the end of the ‘beach’ where additional sun loungers was kept & no one else was sat. At this point I really started to question what was going on as this was our 4th visit to kusadasi & we just have never experienced such rude Turkish people we love the place the people the culture everything about it but this was something different & I couldn’t work out why… this is where my Google search began & it appears this hotel is advertised largely as 13+ even on jet 2 it become very apparent at this point just having children was largely the issue & at 1 point there was an ‘anon’ post on the Fantasia fb page slating us for our 8 month old baby dropping food from a high chair - fear not as a consequence they removed all the middle inserts from such chairs (literally every single one) so they was no longer useable to my baby as they was

I was a bit anxious about going on holiday on my own but Fantasia staff we're all super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is big with plenty areas but its really clean, the room I got faced onto building site but no noise and I didn't spend anytime in my room. The food was good wide selection but pretty basic same as all 5* hotel in the area you won't go hungry. Swimming pools we're lovely & plenty of sun loungers for everyone. On check out you can use the facilities and WiFi right up until you're pick up. The entertainment team we're great big shout out to Sam very nice guy always full of fun and energy, & gets everyone involved. All the staff here we're exceptional from spa to reception, cleaners, very friendly & helpful. I'll definitely be back in future

Cant fault any aspect of our holiday, the food, entertainment were amazing, the cleaners, bar staff everything was on point, i haven’t even left and im already looking at next years holiday, I 100% recommend you wont be disappointed special thanks for sam

What a lovely 2 weeks away. No fight for a sunbed. So much choice of food and drink. Banana and strawberry milkshakes were my favourite as not much of a drinker. Check in was quick and room was lovely. Side view but had a great view of the sea and further. Room was cleaned every day and the fridge topped up with beer, coke and fizzy orange. Although they’re building a hotel next door there was very little noise. Getting involved with the activity team is a must. Kyle and his team were great and even though my husband volunteered me for Miss Fantasia, it was a laugh and I won!! My darts were terrible but also played table tennis, boulles, water volleyball and beach volleyball. I danced by the pool and made many great friends. Also returned to see friends in the Casablanca and the food did not disappoint. Thank you for a great 2 weeks holiday were many memories were made ❤️
