Go there only if u love pain. Completly overcrowded place. Queue to everything, sunbeds reserved since 6am (see attached photo). No place with any free space. No waiter service, no exclusive drinks. Only beer was good. Watersliders opened 2h per day (work regulations). 20minutes of standing in the line to get fresh frites on main dinner. Other guests looking at your plate while u eat and begs u with their eyes to finish your dish quickly to make a space for them (see the second photo). Rooms... terrible small, prisoners got more space in the prison. AC - wakes u up in the middle of night with noise imitating fire alarm. Elevators - only two, very slow and for 2persons only... so if u need to use elevator... u need to wait again. Very unkind service on the beach bar. For who's this place? To send your wifes mother... ONLY!

Hotel is lovely staff is friendly I've been there in May 2022 and may 2023 and we will be returning in May 2025 . Great for all ages .the animation staff are extremely good and probably the reason why we have such good time and want to return and the spa is amazing food is good but if you stay for more than a week you will see the same food again but it's still good

I always try and start a review with a positive...this is the first time I can not do that! 22 of us came together as a family group and not 1 is leaving happy. No rooms for us on arrival and we all had to share, although we had booked way in advance. We were promised a refund on our first night but when we went to get the refund we were told that our compensation was the fact we had, had a room upgrade!! If that was an upgrade I wouldn't want the original room thrown at me. We all had sickness at some point! It could be a bug but everyone we spoke to was the same. The staff are beyond rude, I have been visiting Turkey for many years and have always loved how friendly the locals are but, at this hotel, it is the complete opposite! What I can not understand is why when the hotel is coming to a close do they let standards drop? These will be the first reviews people will read when looking to book next year. Not one of our group were happy and no one else we spoke to were. The slides are rarely on and it'sade clear that the operator does not want to be there. The younger children's slides have not been on once. The entertainment is simply horrendous....like terrible!

So I just got back home from one wonderful week in this hotel. I miss it so much. First the room was the best. It was right by the pool and it was large. The bathroom was separated and the only minus was that the shower cabin is a bit narrow. Every day the room was cleaned by the cleaner perfectly. The sea had a really good temperature. The beach isn’t big but it has a lot of sun beds. The pools were a bit colder than I expected but who uses pools when you have sea? Anyways, the water slides were great. The fitness was bad sorry. The sauna and the hamam were great. The food oh oh the food… it was PERFECT. It was diverse and tasty. People there were nice and friendly. There were so many cutee cats it was wonderful. The snack bar afternoon was good. And the drinks were perfect. Don’t forget to go to the la carte restaurant for free dinner. You have to make reservation before, it is soo good. The location is perfect. I will definitely go there again.
