Paradis Palace

Very disappointed, beach bar was closed all day, only opened at night, had to pay for drinks, same as other bar in complex, local vodka was like whiskey revolting, food was the same most days, there was a notice up, if you left a lot of leftover on your plate, they were charging 20 Dinar, entertainment was basic, and there was plaster falling of ceiling in bathroom on to the sink, love Tunisia, but won't be back at this hotel, PS staff were really friendly

Arrived here to find the hotel very nice. I'm writing this review early because I already know that I like it here. It's family oriented and as a s solo traveller I have been relaxed and made to feel safe. The rooms are a bit out dated but original and cultured. Only thing I will say is if you have mobility issues the shower/bath will be a problem the rooms are very clean. Freindly staff all round if I've asked for something they have delivered there is a safe in the room at a hidden cost but its worth doing. Beach is lovely with camel rides I didn't go on the beach purely because I burn easy but again excellent views and cleanliness. Food its good If you are a seafood lover then your enjoy that. Pools are plenty to choose from and there is a quiet pool to rest at if you don't like alot of noise. Communal toilets are very clean indeed. Just to mention no tea and coffee in rooms etc but that's not a biggy for me I walked down to get mine from a machine and watched the world go by. I can honestly say my experience here so far its amazing. After reading mixed reviews. The day time bar be que and 2 other restaurant are also nice. But get there for 12.30 and you can have a good seat in the shade that being said I always found a seat. There are cats here but again that didn't bother me people were very kind to them. All in all I would come here again but then I love tunisia!!!! I been to 4 and above and this being a 3* I was very surprised how good it is. Highly recommended

Great hotel animation staff work their balls off none stop round the clock can't fault them. Room was lovely and spacious with a unreal view of the pool and sea. The only thing I think could do with improvement is the choice of food there isn't much to cater for English and children lack of burgers and things at lunch time .

our first time to tunisia and wasnt sure what to expect but we have had a great time booked 2 trips with Aziz pirate boat trip an quad bikes an we had a great time on both trips were brilliant Aziz sorted it all out for us we will be coming back an will be booking up for other trips with Aziz he is always at hand in the hotel every day if there are any isuses

We have just arrived back today after a fantastic weeks stay here, it has been by far the best holiday and hotel we have been to, the food was fantastic breakfast lunch and dinner, the waiters everyday remember your drinks so you sit down and your drinks are waiting for you. Every time you enter the restaurant you are greeted with a huge smile at the door. If you want a relaxing holiday doing nothing then paradis palace is the place, HOWEVER if you want a full fun filled with activities then again paradis palace is the place. I would especially like to mention wissem, jambo, momo, faouzi, fifi, willy, ska and louae for being 100% on form day in and day out. The animation team really did make it the perfect holiday for us. They have every activity for you, from cooking traditional Tunisian dishes, aqua aerobics, archery, yoga, and Arabic lessons and so much more, you really won’t be bored if you don’t want to be. We will be coming back Thank you so much paradis palace we will see you next year 🥰🥰

10/10 For animation team hotel needs to do drinks with meals not just Breakfast. like tea or coffee with our meals there is facilities already there but covered up they should be uncovered and available to use and milkshakes available all day. non available anywhere at hotel and more variety at mealtimes even though food is good not enough variety same ole same ole every day we hope things improve as time goes by and learn for the future

Paradise Palace hotel is an excellent hotel to stay in. It is beautifully decorated and kept very clean by the hard working staff. The staff are all very welcoming and will take the time to stop and chat with you to invite to take part in activities or just to make sure you're happy and enjoying your stay. Staff will come to you by the pool or at your seats to offer beverages regularly, one member of staff named Kafika in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience every time we visited, he prepared drink before we even sat down and decorated or table beautifully with flowers and napkins folded into a variety of patterns. The food in the restaurant is stunning, lots of variety and themes through the week. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and ocean, the beach is also beautifully kept by the staff. There is a shop on site that is very reasonably priced and well stocked with anything you could want, with a large variety of options should you want to get gifts or keep sakes. There is also a spa on site, they offer a wide variety of treatments that left us feeling very relaxed and is more than reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning soon and bring more family with us.

I returned from spending 10 days at Paradis Palace early this week. I had the most incredible time and can’t wait to go back. I would like to give special thanks to Cisi. She is amazing at her job and makes time for all of the guests, making everyone smile. Also thank you to Momo, Fifi, Jambo, Mika and Ali, you guys are all great. Mario is the best bar man, he was so lovely and it seemed he couldn’t ever do enough for you. Such a fantastic place to holiday. The hotel itself is stunning and super clean. Thank you again for some amazing memories! ❤️

Pleasant Holiday. Arrived with my husband earlier than check-in time, but the room was ready, so we checked straight in. The hotel looked well looked after in the communal areas such as the foyer, shop, and reception. They reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. We're shown to our room by a concierge who happily wheeled our luggage for us. First impressions of our room were good although on closer inspection the bathroom was a bit dated, shower was adequate, around the bath was what looked like dado rail. Toilet and wash basin were ok. The bedroom area was very comfortable, we did have to go to reception because the air con didn't work, but this was rectified in 10 minutes! Massive bed! We slept great every night. Wardroble space was adequate, and there was a safe you could use at an extra cost. The pool area was great, although the edging around the pool was flaking off in areas, and the poolside was slippy to walk on and very hot. This aside, the pools were very clean. A pool bar was open occasionally but only for soft drinks. Beer and soft drinks available at the bbq bar, any spirits were served at the Eden Bar. Staff were attentive in the bar and waiter service around the pool. The food was ok, bit repetitive, but we didn't mind that. Being a Coeliac I approached Chef Moorad on our first night, and he was more than happy to show me around the buffet informing me what I could and couldn't eat. He did this every night without me asking. He would come and find me. He even made me my own gluten-free pasta dish on our last night. The animation team was great, Momo, Fifi, and Jambo. They work extremely hard every single day! I do think the hotel could do with a refurbishment to bring it more up to date, but then the price may not be so good. We would definitely visit again!
