The food is monotonous. The rooms are clean but need renovation or refreshment. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The advantage is Wifi throughout the hotel and on the beach. The animations are interesting. The waiters were very nice. The only minus is the behavior of two animators who keep asking for a cigarette. When they are refused, they become rude or stop asking for various games. After pointing out to one animator that the rules for playing football in the pool are different, he said that he was the boss here and if I had a problem with that. I have never experienced such rude trea**ent of guests before. In addition, they encourage guests to write good reviews about the hotel. Overall, I don't recommend it.

The hotel has 3 stars. Rooms clean. In the bathroom there is a handset tied with a string. The tiles in the pool are falling off. The food is monotonous. What remains to be desired is the behavior of a few animators who are nice and then ask for cigarettes. One of them came up himself and without asking took the last cigarette from the pack and lit it. Animators encourage guests to write good opinions about the hotel here. The advantage is WiFi available throughout the facility and a snack bar open until 24. All inclusive and drinks until 6.00. The waiters and bartenders were great, as were the rest of the hotel staff. I will not return to this hotel again. I do not recommend.

Great vacation, Iam sure I will back here for the next vacation, it was a perfect time spend on animations, good food, beautiful room service. Everything was on the high level, Iam really recommended. Big pool and and clean beach it’s really important for my suggestion!

Good hotel and good animation. I recommend to everyone;) Zapewne wrócę tutaj kolejny raz, jedzenie jest dobre, ludzie mili uprzejmi którzy pomagają, plaza bardzo blisko sklepy na miejscu, pokoje sprzątane codziennie przez panie także polecam serdecznie.

First time using an all-inclusive with my wife. A nice place to come back to. Rooms big enough to feel comfortable and cleaning is done daily. Food has a large choice every day and after a week you still don't get tired of it. Beer and other drinks are served from morning till night. The entertainers are very friendly and helpful, engaging visitors in dancing and sporting activities. All in all, we feel like a big family. Restrict smoking in common areas as much as possible.

We visited in Samira Club at may '24 with friends. Hotel is very nice. Rooms was clean every day. Food was good, but the best was dinner. The beach is nearby to hotel. Not problem with Sandbeds, umbrellas is free. Lovely animation team, exactly William😍 Ahmed vel Habibi from bar it genius, his drinks was AMAZING! 🍹 Really advice vacation at this destination! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ best readgest from Poland for every hotel staff ! ❤️
