Beautiful and spacious double room with a comfortable big bed. Service level, breakfast is great. The only problem is that it is no longer the Radisson Park Inn, but the Cosmos. But it feels like there was a Radisson before, and they have not deteriorated, there are four in fact. Disadvantages-The location is far from the center (about 30 minutes walk), you can see the wall behind the cemetery... and the air conditioner that doesn't work. However, there have been two things that I haven't liked so much: the first is that visitors are not obliged to wear masks on common sites. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very good for us to have a good time to stay in the hotel. The other thing I didn't like so much is parking. The extract at night in the next room in the toilet is also heard as the plane ... Breakfast is normal, but at 9 a.m. omlet, baking, pancakes are all cold. It is possible to eat. TV is small and even flat, but it is very, in the sense of ancient (quality is simply horror) The location for tourists is uncomfortable. It is designed for travellers to nearby factories. If there were normal pillows and mattresses, you can accept the lack of noise insulation, but in fact it was not possible to sleep.

Приезжал на 2 дня по работе. Позвонил из москвы, договорился о позднем заезде и позднем выезде. Только по этому и выбрал этот отель. Заехал, ну и что, что в номере полы не мытые и муравьи ползают, зато не дорого. Ну и что, что горячей воды нет, идёт еле теплая, зато по ночам поезда хорошо слышно - не проспишь точно. Чистый воздух. Все идет как планировалось, но вдруг оказалось, что я как-то не так договорился о позднем выезде, и вообще такой услуги у них нет. Сотрудникам интересно создавать проблемы туристам. Не рекомендую.

Останавливалась в отеле Red House по рекомендации друзей и благодарна им. Выбрала отель потому что он расположен в центре города, в двух минутах от монастыря и всей его исторической части. Приехала поздно, около 24 часов. Администратор меня встретила очень вежливо, быстро оформила документы, сказала мне пару комплиментов и помогла поднять вещи в номер на третий этаж. Я выбрала Люкс номер с балконом. Номер меня приятно удивил. Часто путешествую по Европе и Азии, есть с чем сравнивать - хорошая пятерка: просторный, очень чистый, видимо, что совсем недавно сделали свежий ремонт. Удобная еврокровать - легла и ощутила нереальный комфорт, просто праздник для тела. В номере есть удобное кресло для отдыха, кондиционер, джакузи, два комплекта полотенец, халаты, тапочки, одноразовые зубные щетки, шампунь, гель для душа, зубная паста, фен, телевизор, холодильник, сейф, чайник, вода, чашки и стаканы. А утром приятным бонусом был звон колоколов, проснулась я отдохнувшей. Вышла на балкон насладиться утренней прохладой самого красивого города России. На первом этаже в каминном зале мне предложили завтрак очень разнообразный и вкусный: каша, блинчики, творожная запеканка, яйца, вареные сосиски, ветчина, сыр, овощи, фрукты, выпечка, кофе и чай. Перед тем как приступить к делам, я посидела во дворе отеля за уютным столиком, прогулялась по набережной - ощущение радости не покидало меня целый день. Вернувшись вечером в отель, я увидела, что белье поменяно, все намыто и стоит свежая вода. Меня ждали, как дорого гостя. спасибо огромное за гостеприимство. Обязательно вернусь сюда, именно в этот отель.
