"Minha estadia neste hotel foi catastrófica, para não dizer uma verdadeira ARNAQUE. ​Meu quarto sentia a urina que saía do tubo de evacuação, a chuveiro estava fechada e a ar condicionado parou às 2h da manhã. Afundado pelo calor, eu ’ tive que exigir uma nova sala . ​Uma vez que eu não dormi bem e a minha reserva terminou às 12h, eu informei a gerente deste incidente na manhã em 10h. Ela prometeu encontrar uma solução nos próximos 10 minutos. Que surpresa foi a minha descobrir, depois, junto à recepcionista que a gerente lhes pediu para esperar que o meu cartão fosse desativado no meio-dia, para me pedir para sair dos locais! Face à desrespeito dos clientes e à falta de profissionalismo da gestora ǰE recomenda fortemente este hotel!!!!"

"Thank you to the entire New Heaven Hotel team for a wonderful stay. It started with a lovely WhatsApp conversation. The reliable driver coping with road works expertly. The check in was easy and the whole team seemed to know that I was arriving. We had a little welcome card in our room for the international conference we were attending. The room was large, the AC powerful and the shower hot at all hours. It had views over the city . The restaurant offered wonderful local cuisine and the staff was friendly, bilingual and offered superb advice. This will be my go-to hotel in Yaoundé."

"The staff is friendly, that's really the only positive point of this hotel. The exterior infrastructures have not been maintained for ages, which is a shame because the panorama is superb. Let's move on to the negatives: The wifi didn't work. It was impossible to get hot water, so I had to shower with cold water…. Finally I got up in the middle of the night and found that many guests were installed in the bathroom! A myriad of cockroaches were walking around the sink! In short: last time in this hotel which is a disaster!"
