Facilities: The facilities are very complete and very convenient. Hygiene: The sanitation is timely and in place, and the items are placed accurately. Environment: Very good. Elegant and quiet, very suitable for parent-child leisure. Service: Super good. Amiable, warm and welcoming. Intimate and warm. I received enthusiastic care and service while staying in the hotel. The lobby manager Wang Chao, the front desk Xiao Li and the housekeeper Yunyue, the room cleaning waiter, and the waiter who delivered water on both nights were very good, five-star praise. Actively recommend to friends. The breakfast is also very rich and super good. I took a lot of pictures and pictures of small animals in the hotel, all in the camera. This is a picture in the mobile phone. Take advantage of the leaves falling and the wind is light, and the sunny day is still warm, to welcome the arrival of winter. When I arrived in Yangzhou and stayed at the Slender West Lake Hot Spring Resort, the environment was quiet and the hot spring was cozy. I met the housekeeper Ding Bei, who left a very deep impression on us. He was warm and thoughtful. We spent a wonderful holiday here. Welcome fruit in the room on the first day of stay.

Location is the big plus.  Within the compound there's hot spring baths, historical sites, multiple restaurants (some needing 2 weeks advance reservation).  The only downside, which can't usually be avoided in China's locally managed hotels, is that the habits of people using rest rooms / importance of toilet paper refill is different from what some foreigners are used to. Still, overall I'll give it 4.6 stars given the variety and historical significance of some of the sites within the compound.

The hotel is pretty good in everthing. The managers in the breakfast reataurant never say ”good morning” or ”hi” when we came in the restaurant. The female manager even take position over you when we met in a narrow road. Thus kinds of manner is really rare in other Shengarali or hig class hotel. They believe that they order what to do. I don't like this services so I decided not to eat in this hotel reataurants. The room and front deck services is very good. I have lived in this hotel for 4 days.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it. The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer. When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.

The Blossom House is clean, stylishly furnished throughout, and very well run, by efficient staff who offered a genuinely caring service which made us feel at home. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a large, up market compound with many eateries, pubs and even a Starbucks that opens till 10pm, and is situated by the Slender Lake which is picturesque beyond words. In early summer the air was always so fresh and we could hear the birds sing on the balcony in the morning. The hotel also has a well equipped 24-hour self-service laundry room which is especially convenient to us. Special thanks to Emma and her team who have looked after us very well, always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Yangzhou is a beautiful historic city which is relatively unspoiled. It is very rich in culture and the locals are nice and friendly. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. We shall return to this wonderful city and hotel!

The hotel has good service and good breakfast with so many options to choose from. The staff was also nice and managed to assist me with check-in as I arrived at the hotel too early. I'd definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

It's been a long time since I stayed in a chain hotel with such rich services~ It was different from the moment I arrived at the door: when parking, the security guard Master Xue came to help direct where to park. After parking the car, the master also helped take the luggage out of the car and carried it to the front desk. The next day, the master put a small red flag on the roof of each car, and took the initiative to ask us when we would go out and if he could help us wash the car. When we went out again, Master Xue had already washed the car for us! Really very measured and warm service! The front desk staff Chen and Huang were also very responsive. When I arrived at the front desk on the 27th, it was another girl (sorry I don't know her name), who helped us carry the luggage all the way to the room, thank you! The key point! The hotel can also order and deliver meals! It is very convenient for traveling during the Spring Festival. Many stores are closed before New Year's Eve. It is very reassuring to order meals in the hotel. Manager Yin's response is also very timely, which is very good! The hotel even has free supper every night! It is really a perfect accommodation experience!

I chose this hotel based on my own hotel experience. The hotel is very good, with plenty of seats in the lobby and a very thoughtful layout. I especially like the bookshelves used as partition screens in the lobby. The hotel is located in the pedestrian street of Zhongji's own business center, which is very convenient to enter and exit. It takes 5 to 15 minutes to walk to Yiyuan, the south gate of Slender West Lake, Vientiane (a large commercial center), and 7-11. There is also a restaurant 20 meters away from the hotel entrance that is open until 5 am. The room is of a suitable size. The entrance is the porch, and the main body of the room is a right-angle turn. The privacy protection is very good (the right side of Figure 1 is the corridor connecting the porch to the room). The breakfast variety is rich enough, and the quality of the dishes is also good. Adults eat comfortably and children eat at ease. Originally, we were going to pay for breakfast for the children separately (58 yuan for adult breakfast, 29 yuan for children under 12 years old at half price). When we registered the bill with the room number at the entrance of the restaurant, a children's breakfast was given on the spot. Manager Cai of the restaurant is very enthusiastic, cheerful, and friendly. What needs to be reminded is that the room's hygienic corners (for example, screen windows and wardrobe hanging rods) should be dusted regularly.
