Slender West Lake is across the road, and Yangzhou Banquet and Fun Park are next to it. Dongguan Street and Pishi Street are not far away. This time we stayed in a garden view king-size bed room. The hotel itself is designed as a garden landscape. There is also a cafe in the hotel where you can pet cats. Next to it are free-range cute pets, black swans, peacocks, and guinea fowls. After dinner in the evening, I went to soak in a hot spring. It was so comfortable. What is particularly worth recommending is that the service here is so good. When checking in, the beautiful Xiao Chen at the front desk saw that the child and his father were both having birthdays, so she arranged a guest room to quietly help me decorate the room. When we returned to the hotel, the child saw the exquisite decoration and small gifts, and his eyes were bright. The housekeeper Ding Bei was very considerate and sent me a guide to Yangzhou. A massager was also arranged in the room. I needed two more bottles of water and buckwheat pillows, which were also delivered as requested.

There are several buildings (new or old) inside this big complex. We stayed in Building 3. Good: great gardens and the lake inside the complex, well-known restaurants with local cuisine. They provide mini shuttle service to different buildings and restaurants. Rooms are spacious. Staffers are friendly and helpful. Not so good: a little outdated, and the carpet needs to be replaced.

I particularly recommend this hotel to have a strong sense of design, fashion, smartness, cleanliness and hygiene. Xiaodu intelligent control throughout the house. What’s even more surprising is that the hotel is equipped with a Dyson hair dryer so you don’t have to bring your own next time. I really like all the thoughtful little details. I want to say that the most touching thing is that this time it was my child’s birthday. After communicating with the hotel, the hotel decorated the room in a very fashionable way😍 and specially prepared a small birthday cake for the child🍰Creating a big surprise for the child😍In short I like it very much😍Thank you very much. I will stay at the Novotel hotel in the future. By the way, the breakfast is also very rich. I highly recommend this hotel.

My friend came to Yangzhou and arranged Shangri-La. The room arranged by Wang Shuai, the manager at the front desk, was very good. The view was very nice. The hotel environment murals were very tasteful. The small garden downstairs was also very quiet. The lobby manager Sun Rui introduced the characteristics of Yangzhou to us. I went to experience it with my friends. It was well-deserved! The overall service was very good. I will come again in the future!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from our room was beautiful and the bathtub was excellent. The buffet was very nice as well. Isabelle at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right next to the famous Dong Guang Road. It is also next to the Marco Polo museum and near the Marco Polo statue. From the hotel it is very easy to get to all the attractions such as the slender west lake which is a must do in Yangzhou. The hotel staff are absolutely fantastic and we were upgraded to a loft suite. They made us feel so welcome and we felt like we were at home. A big thanks to miss Shi Yanyan, Lu Wei and Mr Dong for looking after us and making our trip special. This hotel provided us with exceptional customer service and we highly recommend it. The loft suite was beautiful with a wonderful river view. The room was very clean, cosy and had great amenities. The loft suite has two bathrooms/ shower rooms, two TVs (one in the living area and one in the bedroom) and Dyson hairdryer. When we checked out they gave us a very special gift of local sweets. They really are a fantastic team.

The Blossom House is clean, stylishly furnished throughout, and very well run, by efficient staff who offered a genuinely caring service which made us feel at home. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a large, up market compound with many eateries, pubs and even a Starbucks that opens till 10pm, and is situated by the Slender Lake which is picturesque beyond words. In early summer the air was always so fresh and we could hear the birds sing on the balcony in the morning. The hotel also has a well equipped 24-hour self-service laundry room which is especially convenient to us. Special thanks to Emma and her team who have looked after us very well, always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Yangzhou is a beautiful historic city which is relatively unspoiled. It is very rich in culture and the locals are nice and friendly. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. We shall return to this wonderful city and hotel!

Very good hotel, perfect facilities, hot spring water from 9 am to 12 pm, very sufficient, the time is a bit long, that's because the pool is not small, and the room service has introduced it. It is part of the scenic area. Although you need to buy a separate ticket to enter the scenic area, you can also see a little across the lake. It would be more perfect if the side gate can also be connected with the scenic area. The copying place seemed very simple at first, it turned out that I went too early. The service was very polite, accompanied by leisurely music, and the experience was very good.

The room is like its own mini palace - so spacious and with views that'll take your breath away. Seriously, I couldn't get enough of that scenery! And the service? Al! Happy, you're the real MVP! Friendly doesn't even begin to describe how awesome she was. Let's not forget about breakfast. A ton of choices, all delish! Whether you're craving local dishes or your usual faves, they've got it all. I mean, if this is what Double Tree is like in Yangzhou, sign me up for life! Already planning my next visit, see ya there!
