Really good location, the guy helped renting a scooter. no english tho. rooms are like picture, but a bit older. water in our bathroom was really slowly running off. beds were unfortunately extremely hard.

Great location and front desk staff was fairly helpful. But the bed was really hard and the pillow was really flat.

Very nice for this price!!! Clean room. Also very nice to have a porch. Highly recommended.

This is a great value hotel. Do not let the price put you off as the rooms were clean and cool and the facilities were much better than I expected.

This hotel in Yangshuo offers excellent value for money and has a great location—close to the town center but not in the extremely busy part, and just a 10-15 minute walk from the harbor where all the river cruises end. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to stay. On a critical note, the general facilities like the lobby and bar either didn’t match the pictures or didn’t seem to be there at all. I actually went back to check the photos, and I couldn’t recognize them based on what I saw during my stay. Still, the rooms themselves were great, so I would definitely recommend it for the price and location!

Good place, it’s clean and near to the West Street. The owner can also help you to book some day trips and rent electric scooter but you can also find it by yourself. I’d say it’s a good hotel but if you mind about the noise then consider it because rooms are not sound-proof so you can hear the noise of other guests.

Very bad service. Front desk was never staffed, we had to wait and search for someone for checking in/ every time we needed something. We booked a room with breakfast, which also was a huge fail. Breakfast is served in a separate little restaurant in the street, however this place was randomly closed when we were there. The only available staff to talk to was a cleaning lady who came after we waited for 30 minutes. She unsuccessfully tried to contact someone in charge and then just walked away, leaving us without a solution. The boss apparently was nowhere to be found and did not reply to her messages. After more than one hour, we went to a restaurant ourselves and of course also paid for the breakfast. When asked, they did not refund us this money. This is really sad, as the room was otherwise fairly nice.
