Local incrível!
Localizado do lado do rio Lijiang e à 2km da cidade de Yangshuo.
Quarto amplo e bem equipado.
Limpeza impecável!
Atendimento na recepção foi muito bom. Nos deram várias dicas de passeio.
Na frente do hotel há um local onde se pode alugar bicicletas e motos para explorar a região!

What an amazing stay! We have no words to fully describe it. The hotel is lovely, the people are amazingly helpful, the restaurant is good and the views from any place in the hotel are extraordinary.
Everybody in our family loved our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground when we were relaxing at the hotel. All our tours were organised with the hotel staff and I'm sure we got the best advice.
It's a 20 minute walk from Yangshuo west street and you can rent bikes and motorcycles nearby.
A big thanks to all the hotel team! For sure the hotel to stay should we get back to Yangshuo.

房間內沒有電視，離西街較遠，它們家沐浴露瓶子是陶瓷的就放在浴室地上，酒店沒設放沐浴露的地方，小朋友擠沐浴露時用力不對，一劃瓶子就倒地爛了，酒店説要賠我也認了，但是按80元原價賠就接受不了，瓶子上面的鐵都用到生銹了，還按新的賠，讓他們打個折，最後70元一分不少，淘寶上沐浴露瓶才10幾20元，一晚酒店費用都500多,收這麼貴酒店一點損耗品和折舊了都不用的？那下次看哪個倒黴的不小心把床單，桌子弄壞了，又有人給他們賠新的了。由於趕時間我也懶得和他們扯。才70走人算自己倒黴。這酒店太小家子氣了，現在大把酒店已經做到不查房辦退住了，他們還保留這作風

攜程上看到的酒店，大家評價定的酒店，為啥沒有人説離中心很遠呢，這個位置根本沒有車，比較偏遠，司機都不願意過去，租車要走出去30分鐘，店裡往外租的還特別貴，臨時有事改變行程，提前退房不給退，預訂酒店的時候顯示的六百多，不給退想着就不要了，結果訂單顯示的九百多，硬是留了一天，真的到處都是坑，早上離店7點鐘，店裡居然都沒有人上班，店家給憊的餐食居然都是涼的，酒店在攜程上顯示都滿房，攜程客服協商也沒給退，正值高峯期，我們退掉了在賣高價，這不是正值嘛，總之以後不會在住這裏了，定這裏的也不要提前預訂連續的，真是很不好的體驗，酒店外國人很多。

The location was amazing with a great view of the mountains from our balcony. The room was clean, and the staff spoke English and were very helpful. We could order food and drinks at the restaurant, and there was a playground for kids. The only problem was getting a taxi during the busy holiday season, but the hotel helped us find a private one, which was a bit expensive but necessary. Overall, I really recommend this place.
