Nanhaiwan Hotel

All together wasn’t worth of price unfortunately, cleaning was not really perfect. (The floor full of dust). At least the beds are really comfortable and clean to have a good sleep. In the room no coffee option even when I used the 4 peace of tea bag they not replace it. (No fridge either) Breakfast ALWAYS the same and only Chinese food, don’t have lot of options (no coffee, no vegetables)… The elevator super slow 😖😁🫣

The hotel location is excellent, directly in front of the sea, have a very nice view👍. The hotel facilities are very good and the rooms are very clean, every day they changed bed cover and bed sheet. Have 2 swimming pools, one is in downstairs and the another one is up, which have a very nice and romantic view. The only thing that we didn’t like was the buffet breakfast which was really very bad and no have any western food which can we eat?! All for Chinese breakfast and no have any fruits… no have any vegetables.

The location was the best aspect of this hotel. The reception service needs to be improved. They should provide the staff members a proper training on how to receive foreigners and people in general. The breakfast was the same for a week. The breakfast buffet didn't have any bread, butter, cheese,jam and coffee. After the typhoon the hotel waterpark wasn't cleaned for 2 days so we felt like our time and money was wasted. Even when the waterpark was open the pools were not very clean. The beach service is another terrible story. The guards provided by the hotel didn't let us properly swim even when the sea was calm , they just wanted us to pay for their boats and other attractions( cause they didn't let people properly swim they thought we would have to pay for other attractions. )We had to take a taxi to Dajiao bay , where the service was excellent.And last but not least , the cleaners left the gargabe in the corridor for 3 days , it smelled terrible.

The location is about the only positive thing for this hotel. Overlooking the beach, it's a great place to relax, but that's where the positive vibes end. The hot water only worked in the evening, and only after wasting an extraordinary amount of water. The floors were not cleaned properly, with sand winding up everywhere. The gall of charging 88RMB to access one of their own pools is simply disgusting. I could have stayed at the Crowne Plaza at a similar price point in a similar room and gotten far better service- and in future I will.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Nanhaiwan hotel. Our room had a nice sea view.The bed was comfortable and we slept well. A few people have mentioned in comments that hotel’s reception service is not great and I have to agree with that.This is an area the hotel should really improve.The receptions seemed a little rude and uneducated,therefore the management should arrange more training on how to welcome guests who stay at the hotel and spend their money.The best part of the hotel was the infinity pool on the 14th floor.The room had a bathtub,but it was very difficult to adjust the water temperature and the tap seemed to be broken. The car park had plenty of parking spaces.

房間大，涼台側海景也很好，車停地下車庫方便。前台服務一般，沒個笑臉。 在旁邊漁樂餐廳吃飯，被宰客了，看牆上圖片點的醬爆魷魚，炒得很老嚼不動，結賬時收費88元，説魷魚是按斤稱重的，菜單上沒價格，可是點菜時不告知，也沒讓我們看重量。

酒店的位置很好，離海邊很近，出門就是海灘，旁邊是南海一號博物館，停車方便。房間很大，衞生也可以，就是沒有餐廳，吃飯不方便。總的感覺，海陵島風景還是不錯的，因去時是淡季，服務設施沒跟上。

相比成都不能放煙花🎆，海陵島可以放煙花🎆簡直不要太安逸了，酒店🏨設在施衞生服務什麼都一般，無故的是酒店🏨面朝大海無敵的海景房，早上可以在房間裏面看到日出🌅，衹是我們連着兩天都不給力，下次有機會直接在這個酒店呆一個星期，

房間可以，服務很差，前台很叼。電視是壞的，335一晚啊，❤️好痛。問要多幾個涼衣架都不給拿，進出崗的保安更加，*******。
