I was expecting this to be like hotel room, but it is BnB type. Only service is check in. Room very plain, bedding did not feel fresh, clean. Balcony ok but no chairs to sit. Outside door in hallway any talking is echoing very loud. Woke me up at night with delivery people shouting in their phone. I like the area and beach but will not stay with them again.

非常非常不滿意！這個房間敢要將近500，提供的服務還不如一百多的。
房價除了燈光很亮以外沒有優點。
非常不方便，去海灘要走很遠的路。海灘水很臟，還要收費68一人，明明説7點起水，6:30就讓你上來。房間很難找，前台隨便給換樓棟房間又不指清楚路，這個前台真是服務太差勁，一直黑臉，發微信回覆超慢，氣死我，差評差評。那個男生還比較好點，女生態度差到出奇。
35棟拉着行李大太陽走半天去找36棟，設計奇葩，兩棟樓還不是連起來的，中間隔了個酒店…停車場的設計更是無語，出口棟都沒有標誌。樓下的餐廳也是又貴又難吃，服務還很差。老闆一聽不點海鮮就馬上黑臉摔菜單。敏捷黃金海岸拉黑，不會再來。

房間和描述的一致，我選的可以看到海灘，房間衞生還可以。
樓下就有游泳池，但是泳池要收費，大人小孩同價25元/人。
沙灘晚上七點後進去免費，七點後不能下水游泳，晚上很多人在沙灘放煙花🎆，去沙灘的路上很多食店，不想出去覓食的可以在裏面選擇。
停車要收費30元一天。

衞生環境十分差，600多一晚，100多的鄉鎮招待所估計衞生環境都比這個好，原本定的35棟，入住給我辦到36棟，帶着三個小孩，實在沒有精力去投訴換房間，電梯又麻煩，停車位又要重新找，房間網絡差，路由器上灰塵都厚厚一層，可想而知衞生做的多敷衍，連洗髮水最基本的都會忘記，陽江的收費原來這麼坑踩雷，600多一晚的酒店居然這麼差，跟圖片介紹完全不一樣。

房間非常之靚~真的是無敵大海景！正對住大海，真繫心情都愉快好多。加上酒店前台靚仔靚女非常之好服務，無論夜晚幾點隨叫隨到。應有盡有的服務，絕對系比🉐上五星級噶。我不是託~我就係黎旅遊玩噶。

挺好的一家店。衞生方面做得不錯，房間裝飾也很新，老闆服務態度很好，因為我們拖家帶口的，行李拿的多，老闆也會幫忙提。這邊環境很不錯，去沙灘也很近，樓下有小童游泳池，吃的也很方便，老闆也會幫忙介紹讓我們不踩雷，非常不錯哈哈哈哈，有什麼不懂問老闆都會告訴我們，也會給我們推薦攻略和趕海的地方，非常不錯👍

非常好的一個店家，也是非常有責任心的店家。入住時找不到店，加了店家的聯繫方式，店家會清楚的告知如何找到。酒店的裝修也是非常新的，帶着小孩子過來，衞生方便也是過關的，老闆安排我們入住36棟，這邊的確是個人感覺比35棟的更新一點，樓下也有小童玩的泳池，去沙灘也是比較近的，家裡人玩的都很開心。
