The room air-conditioning is a bit too warm. We can't sleep well there. Other than that overall is good.
Very convenient location. Is very near to the Yanagawa Station. You can see the Yanagawa Station when you standing at the main entrance of the hotel. There got Lawson in 3 mins walking distance.
The hotel dinner is excellent. As the pictures shown. It's looks nicely and delicious as well, and the portions is making us satisfying too. We are too rushing and we forgot to take pictures for the hotel breakfast.

They had problems with my booking because of their internet , it took more than 10 minutes to sort out my booking .
Staying in the hotel is the worst Wi-Fi ever in all my stay in any hotel , it was on and off , eventually I was so fed up I just
switch the Wi-Fi off !
Their fake spa which I tried was so bad because it stink of bleach like swimming pool , I had to leave in less than a minute!
I would say this hotel is the worst experience stay!

이 호텔에서 이틀간 묵었는데 역 바로 앞이라 위치도 넘 좋고 우리는 렌트카를 가지고 같은데 무료주차장이 있어 더 좋았다. 무엇보다 아침 조식이 기대이상으로 너무 정성스럽고 맛있고 좋았다. 다음에도 이 주변을 여행할 일 있으면 이 호텔에 묵고 싶을 정도이다. 화장실에서 냄새가 약각 올라오는 같은 점이 옥의 티라면 티이다.

位置非常棒，因為到柳川天黑了，就選擇離車站近的，真的非常近，下東口樓梯就是。房間很乾凈，設施很齊全，晚餐開到晚九點，前台付錢即可。次日早餐九點結束。可以寄存行李箱，方便後續旅行。
另外，去柳川坐船遊可以在車站辦理，接駁車就在站前坐，走過去認得路也衹要幾分鐘，乘船點就在三木神社門口。

西鉄柳川駅前でアクセスがよい。
徒歩5・6分の距離に夢モールがあり、大きなスーパー、百均ショップ、本屋、ユニクロ、無印良品、その他飲食店があるのがとても便利。
大浴場に加え、そこそこ充実している朝食でとてもコスパが良いと感じた。

今回は、2泊3日で母親との2人での旅行に使わせて頂きました。
ホテルも綺麗だし、ビジネスホテルなのに大浴場あり。
車での旅行だったので駐車場も心配でしたが、無料駐車場あり。
1日中歩き回って疲れ果ててホテルに戻ったら、大浴場に入り足を伸ばしてゆっくり入浴して疲れをとる、私も母も大満足でした。
朝食のバイキングもとても美味しかったです。
機会があれば、旅行の際はまた利用したいと思いました。
おせわになりました。

ホテルはとても良かったです。
飲食店が周りに少なかったので、
ホテルのレストランが１つしかなかったのは残念です。
ホテル内設備はとてもキレイで使いやすかったです。
騒音もなくよく眠れました。
