Mehood Hotel (Yan'an Baota Mountain)

Good clean hotel in a convenient location. Staff are friendly and try their best. Breakfast is pretty good.

This hotel is all-around excellent. My room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding and towels are high quality, the television is extra-large and the room receives wonderful natural lighting. The location is ideal for easy access to the city center and all the sites.The service was exceptional! Li mei mei (speaks English!) helped me each day with suggestions for sightseeing and she was always available on Wechat to answer any questions. She was very friendly, along with the rest of the staff, and made my stay in Yan'an extra special. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it an extra day and will definitely stay here again when I return. I highly recemmend this hotel, it is a great value.

Clean, conformable and friendly staff.

In my opinion, good service can make any other problems seem trivial. The young men and women of the Mehmood Hotel in Yan'an provided me service above and beyond what should be expected. On arrival after a long day of travel, the lovely Miss Li gave me a refreshing drink while the young men checked me in. Miss Li then escorted me to my room. The room has everything you would need, and more, including some laundry soap and even hair gel! In the evening they offered supper (hun dun) which was a nice touch. Miss Li noticed me limping a little, so she went and got some medicinal spray for me. It is these extra touches that make a huge difference, I really wished I could have stayed longer. Oh, and the breakfast is very filling and tasty - the hostesses and kitchen staff also did an outstanding job. I wish every hotel tried to offer such personal service.

這是我住過最差的一次美豪，首先我到了之後洗衣服洗完之後他們烘乾衹有30分鐘我説需要多點時間他們説衣服會烘壞，我同樣住西安美豪怎麼就沒有這樣的情況，濕漉漉的掛房間，第二天早上走的時候也沒有幹衹能帶到西安美豪再洗一遍烘，房間靠馬路有點吵，酒店門口連個臨時停車都不行，大包小包帶着從窯洞帶去酒店走路有點點距離，為什麼不能酒店門口設定一個臨時上下客的地方供酒店客户使用呢？沒有服務意識衹有這不行那不行，同品牌我們不論在廣州、西安都住過而且長時間，這點上需要延安門店好好到上海總部集中培訓下看看到底差距在哪裡

非常滿意的驚喜，挑了半天選中住過的連鎖酒店“美豪”延安第一次去，前台佩佩給予我們幫助和關心，吃早餐還不停的忙碌，看見我等咖啡特意送過來，讓我吃飯，此舉讓我感動！前台還有一位小姐姐，一位男士都很不錯，三間房間盡力幫我們解決所有問題！來延安感受到了“延安精神”的一種心情和感受到了人生意義在於如何做好本職工作！

房間設施齊全，裝修風格很好，管家服務態度很好。送有果盤，晚上有夜宵。停車場很有特點，防空洞形式，有充電樁。大廳旁邊就是劉文西延安藝術館，可以去參觀。

這家酒店的服務態度十分好，不僅房間舒適乾淨，而且員工們總是面帶微笑，因為帶着孩子出遊，主動給提供了孩子的拖鞋和洗漱用品，讓我們感到賓至如歸。最大的驚喜是，旁邊就是劉文西藝術館。

在革命聖地延安，給我映象最深刻的是礦泉水，是當地特產，甘泉縣的甘泉美水，古陝的四大古泉之一，雖然口感和我從千里之外自帶的農夫山泉，怡寶沒有差別，但是文化感滿滿的。這家酒店給我的印象特別好，230一晚，自助餐吃的也不錯，停車也方便，尤其是礦泉水，很不錯。
