Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa

5/4 The view was amazing Breakfast perfect Lunch& snack good fastfood&salad bar. Dinner for me not very well.But most of the people like it. Drinks ,it was all included but cocktails can not drink ,ı try ones but can not drink.Beer is good but very soft.

To be honest the resort is lovely very hilly but lovely, On arrival we was told we was being given a free upgrade to a room in the main building, but I had paid for a club family room and that is what I wanted but never got given The hotel is very picturesque and some amazing views but also very remote with nothing within 10 minutes Taxis to town are 9euros The room we was given was old fashioned, but very large in size The standard of cleaning was shocking and the pool area was not cleaned all week The cat situation as others have pointed out is just ridiculous I have a cat but they are everywhere and you just can’t enjoy a meal In terms of the food it was ok to be honest but mainly a Form or fish or chicken as the week went on the food options got less and less and the desserts were never replenished The negative being the breakfast which was awful As has been quoted the amphitheater was closed disco bar closed , pool bar closed when resort was still open for 3 days , they had an entertainments team on site but other than a game of water polo of an afternoon there was literally nothing going on ,although they walked round and you wondered what they was actually doing, music round the pool in the day was good though The evening entertainment, karaoke was fun and the dancing show was also great but that’s about it The staff on resort were friendly enough other than the lady in Turk bar with ginger hair who was rude quite a bit and the 1 receptionist who could smile every now and again Would we go probably not purely because we like to try other hotels and resorts , what I will say is it is only a 3 star not a 5 star To be a 5 star the rooms need modernising and the cleaning and cat situation needs to be changed

Currently sitting here in cafe Turk while I right this review . We are here as a family of 5 With 3 children ages from 13 to 1 we are here for 5 nights leaving on Friday evening From the moment we arrived it has been nothing but 5 star plus Check in was super easy and met with a lovely warm welcome at a reception. This hotel is not your normal AL hotel It’s upper class it has absolutely everything you can think of to entertain children of all ages and adults alike It is a massive resorts Yes it does have hills and slopes but that is not a problem stroll along and take in the views We have a baby in a buggy with us and do not find any problem Good and drinks are really good something to suit everyone What makes this hotel is the location and views but most of all the staff I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a little bit of luxury in the sun

We have had an amazing week. 2 adults 2 children 11 years and 13 years. Very spacious clean rooms (a little dated) beautiful views. The promenade is brilliant great snorkelling, lots to see and quiet and relaxing. The pools were cold buy refreshing. We all loved the slides and hanging around at the slide pool and the middle relax pool. We enjoyed a drink down at the bottom bar and had a little dance. Always something for everyone for breakfast, we had yoghurt, muesli, toasted sandwiches. Lunch was good, pizza, burgers, chips, good salad. Dinner again always something to make a meal of. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We would come back.

Just back from the Bodrum holiday resort spa what a fantastic 2weeks I would like to thank all the staff and the entertainment and mostly to everyone at guest relations Tuvana who went over and above to make our stay memorable and to Teyfik and all the staff in the A’lacart you all do a wonderful service thank you so very much for all you did for us it was greatly appreciated and thank you to the team in the hairdressers hope to see you all next year.

First time in Turkey, spent 10 days at the Bodrum Holiday Resort. The views are just fantastic and the rooms were clean and comfortable and very spacious. The staff were friendly. The hotel is quite tired in places, the outside areas were spotlessly clean, beach area very relaxing with lots of sunbeds, not for someone with mobility problems as it is quite hilly and lots of steps. The only thing that let it down for us was the main restaurant it was just like a works canteen, it was very busy and hectic not an enjoyable experience at all, struggled to find a table sometimes and when you did it still needed cleaning. We started to go later which was quieter but found that they were trying to clear away around us and there wasn't many deserts left as they are not replenished. The food was okay always found something to eat but the same every day, the BBQ was good with grilled chicken, kebab meat and fish. I wouldn't rate it as a 4 star we have stayed in all inclusive before and had much better restaurant experiences. This is a very big hotel so does lose a little bit of the personal touch.
