Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). Services is good, fresh food, coffee can be delivered to your table.

I love every minute i spend there , this is my third time dwelling there , the service offered by front desk is awesome and friendly , i love the breakfast is really satisfying with varieties chinese and western . Its 7stars for me , splendid experience

Still looks like brand new, clean and tidy. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nothing special.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. It's near many restaurants and right by the lake. Unfortunately the pool and gym were closed due to covid restrictions and the dinner buffet is only available on weekends. However, the breakfast was phenomenal and room service was fairly easy to order. I had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the glass is not one way glass which means if you want to enjoy the view with the curtains up then others can view you too.

The room booked is really very old, the wallpaper has cracks, the bathtub is mottled, the faucet is a historical car precipitation mark, and there is no power socket at the bedside of the bathroom. The location is very good, the surrounding area is full of food, close to the business district. Although the room is old, there is no smell, the cleaning is clean, and there is no dust. The service is not bad, this price, breakfast is excellent value for money. Looking forward to refurbishing.

The hotel is in a great location, right by Yunlong Lake, and the air is great. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the lake. It's really refreshing to walk along the greenway, very beautiful. The main meal delivered is a set meal for two, the quantity is amazing, and it is definitely enough for 4 people. The garlic fried fish was out on the first day, so it was replaced with pickled fish. I didn't want to eat set meal A on the second day, and I wasn't interested in set meal B. The foreman was very good and changed all the dishes, including stewed lamb with cabbage vermicelli, stir-fried meat with dried bamboo shoots, and stir-fried mud wormwood. The taste was very good, especially the lamb. The breakfast was very, very rich and tasted good, and the Xuzhou rice noodles were delicious. The overall service was great. The only drawback was that the toilet was too difficult to use, but the staff said it would be renovated and replaced in the near future.

This stay was a great experience. There is a free five-star scenic spot next to the hotel. Lucas and a little girl named Zhang Yue at the front desk were very enthusiastic. When checking in, they introduced Xuzhou's food and nearby scenery, and briefly introduced the Han culture scenic spot. The hotel's breakfast was very rich and diverse, and the service was very enthusiastic. The hotel is very convenient to walk to Dalong Lake. It was a very good stay experience, and I felt warm and comfortable. I will still choose this hotel to stay next time, and hope to add icing on the cake.

The children like it very much, the park is also very fun, but the weather is a bit hot, and there are no many times to and from the park. If you want to go out in the middle, you can't come in anymore. I hope it can be improved, especially some babies. If you fall asleep, you can't go back to the room and go in again. In fact, it is a bit lost to book a hotel. The hotel service is very good, but if the breakfast style is richer, the replacement speed is faster, and the seats are more, then it is happier.

The housekeeper Ruoxin's service is very good and enthusiastic. She sent me to the elevator and was good at catching. After drinking, she arranged to send honey water, always followed up the arrival time, and prepared surprises in the room. Very unexpected. Very satisfied. Highly recommended!
