The hotel environment is very good. There is a commercial area around it. You can see it from the room. The slippers and hairdryer in the room are placed a little hidden. There is also a folding table. The room is a bit small, but the things are very complete. The front desk staff is very good. Checking in was a bit troublesome and required a signature. The customer service also called us to ask what time we would arrive and arranged a quieter room. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself had plenty of amenities and was kept at a perfect temperature during the cold winter I stayed. Location was also perfect, very close to some of the best places in Xuzhou. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The room booked is really very old, the wallpaper has cracks, the bathtub is mottled, the faucet is a historical car precipitation mark, and there is no power socket at the bedside of the bathroom. The location is very good, the surrounding area is full of food, close to the business district. Although the room is old, there is no smell, the cleaning is clean, and there is no dust. The service is not bad, this price, breakfast is excellent value for money. Looking forward to refurbishing.

The hotel is very good in terms of location, hygiene, environment and service. The bad thing is that the first room is not soundproofed and you can hear the voices next door clearly. This time I came to Xuzhou for a trip and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Yunlongshan. The front desk was very warm and the service was thoughtful. There were messages from the staff on the interactive message board in the room, which was really warm. The toiletries are also a big brand and worth recommending. The hotel has an exclusive underground parking lot, where you can park for free. Just add the hotel's corporate WeChat and send the license plate number and room number to the front desk when you leave. The front desk will immediately handle the payment service, which is very convenient. I needed a razor in the morning, and I asked the front desk through the corporate WeChat. It was delivered to the room by a robot in a few minutes. It was really convenient and a very good stay experience. I recommend it!

The room was big, clean and beautiful. The most comfortable pillows I've ever used at a hotel more so than Marriott and Hyatt. The AC could not be adjusted, sleep was disturbed because the room was hot. Ugly cigarette burn on the couch and huge brown stains on the bedroom curtain. Check in was ok, the room wasn't ready and so we were asked if we wanted another room, it would not have been an upgraded room because we had already booked the last suite. She also asked IF we had made the booking or someone else had, never been asked that before and I've stayed at over 30 hotels around China. Gym is small, but has the necessary equipment for a quick workout. Breakfast was Chinese, no western option, other than fake bacon and sweet sausages and dry French fries. Lots of fruit to choose from. I would stay there again but will not book breakfast. There are numerous places to eat outside or order to the room and the meal gets delivered by a robot. Ladies at the the front desk should smile, they don't look happy to see their guests.
