Very nice and energising location in the wood. The overall staying experience is positive, and the hotel staff is friendly. However, the rooms - in consideration of the price - should be more into a design/eco-luxury approach. Also the patio area outside the rooms should be cleaned and maintained properly. Finally, the very negative point is the breakfast/lunch area aside the hotel - the level of which is indeed below acceptability (restaurant interior is just shabby, and food average). Considering the price, substantial improvements are required.

森林中的小木屋猶如大自然的饋贈，精緻又典雅，讓人感受到別樣的幸福。
農莊的管家們貼心又周到，小姑娘們跑前跑後，長髮小哥對景區熟悉度簡直百分百介紹了各種遊玩路線，推薦了當地美食，人還帥氣。
前台還可以點咖啡☕️，在深山中簡直是不可多得！

酒店位於那拉提景區內東門附近，就在森林裏麪，環境非常怡人。有小木屋也有房間，房間有地暖非常温暖，房間設施也很完備整潔，除了洗手間有點小，但沒太大的影響。整體的體驗非常好，酒店可以提供早餐送餐。能在那拉提景區內有這麼好的住宿環境，又能和自然近距離接觸，真的是是非常特別的體驗，非常推薦

特別驚喜的一家酒店
服務：前台小哥特別周到熱情，不僅用電瓶車接送，還提行李，為我們指路，提供旅遊攻略。前台小姐姐也很仔細。就幾個工作人員，不僅要接待客人，送餐，還要把院子裏的雪鏟乾淨，給客人做咖啡，忙前忙後的。特別真誠
房間：特別乾淨，設施很高級，全自動馬桶，梳子也很高級。給的水也很好喝。地暖很給力，下雪天特別暖和。不過就是給床墊熱得太熱了，怕熱的不建議開太久。
外部環境：置身在大森林裏，能看見松鼠，聽見松濤，宛若童話世界
早餐：居然能吃到冶春的點心，量很足，陽春麪孩子吃得狼吞虎嚥。
總之太滿意了。

先説酒店環境和設施，酒店在森林公園裡麪，周邊環境很好很安靜，方便四處散步，負氧離子高。酒店大堂有很大的公共休息空間，可以看書喝咖啡喝茶。我們住的是小木屋，房間用品乾淨齊全，還貼心準備了耳塞和眼罩，屋內結構設計方便使用，有地暖冬天也不冷。
再説服務，工作人員到店前就主動加微信溝通需求，併到莊園門口來迎接，有歡迎水果和酸奶。因為是淡季工作人員不多，但服務上響應非常快，主動熱情招呼，不僅提供了很多旅行建議，還帶我們去公園裡找松鼠，服務真的很用心，六星好評。
餐飲選擇不多，衹有早餐，也可以去鎮上解決。
總的來説，比伊犁一路過來住過的其他酒店各方面都滿意太多，來那拉提旅遊首選。

是新疆之行最驚喜的住宿了，位於那拉提景區裏的森林公園，雪後別有一番風景，工作人員服務超級好，還升級了房型，房間乾淨舒適還很温暖，早餐也超級棒，因為住在景區裏，玩到多晚都可以。來那拉提玩一定不要錯過這裏，體驗感滿滿。

房間很大，床很舒服，特別是房間的各項設施都很貼心。酒店位置在深林裏，如果不是大雪的話，在酒店附近的小路上走走就已經很愜意了，不過這次看到了漫天飛舞的雪花，走在純白的雪道上，也是很難忘的經歷！特別要誇獎的是酒店附近的餐廳，早餐晚餐的出品都是一樣的出色，而且價格很良心！下次還會再來，感受一下不一樣的那拉提！

房間很漂亮，幾位管家也都特別熱情。
特別是小哥，我們晚上一點多才到，他們十二點下班，小哥怕我們進不來在景區東門一直等我們。到了又給我們一人熱了一杯牛奶，超級好。
第二天一早過了早餐時間，特意讓餐廳等了我們一會。還是小車接送
夏天帶着小朋友們一起來。
