Definitivamente a pior experiência de sempre para um hotel de 4 estrelas.
A única coisa boa deste hotel é a simpática e prestativa senhora do serviço de quarto. O resto é realmente desagradável:
- Recepção pouco profissional, bastante hostil
- Embora o hotel alegue aceitar estrangeiros, você não pode pagar com cartão de crédito normal. Além disso, a recepção se recusou a ajudá-lo com esse problema.
- Quarto extremamente fedorento (cheiro forte a fumo e quarto envelhecido)
- Frigobar não funciona
- Tudo está quase mofado

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices.
First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town.
Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels.
Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing.
I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices.

酒店地理位置好，旁邊就有一條小吃街，近水井巷和莫家街，如果當地參團遊玩門口100米就是上車點 ，酒店屬旺旺集團旗下老牌四星級酒店，房間隔音效果好且配置完整，中央空調，床上用品及毛巾乾淨衞生，衞生間所有低耗品配置完整並且質量非常好，酒店每日免費提供旺旺小零食，服務培訓專業，比如高原地區不易洗浴過熱水澡，酒店提供熱水一直保持在安全水温內，服務員服務態度好，很滿意已經推薦給朋友們。
