Reception were not well trained . Upon check in day one a deposit was collected and on the same day night they made a call to inform we did not pay the hotel charges and later explained it was reception lapsed that they did not collect upon check in even it states pay at property . 2) chambermaid was brazen to wash our socks without permission and after breakfast we were shocked to see our socks as wet. What if we only have a pair of socks for tourist stay ? 3) after check out multiple phone calls was made to our mobile and was told item teaspoon was missing in the room. And if they cannot find it they will raise a charge on our credit card ??? We called back 5 times to ask n follow-up and wasted 30 Mins of our morning to ask if item was found . We even informed it was on the basin area. Wrong procedure as in general all check out reception staff would contact chambermaid to ask if minibar and items were intact before letting the guest check out . The reception lady were having an aloft attitude and said we could go and we even have to ask for car parking coupon and were directed to fill in the form . This make us beg for service instead and please train your staff to check the items before check out and not making irritating calls and that spoil our rest of the day with 5 international calls made to assist them for a teaspoon costs of CNY20!!! Disgusting service . Please train your staff !!!

The room was specious, very clean and perfectly equipped. Service is good and breakfast appropriate. However, the hotel is huge and has a big number of guests and the hotel doesn’t have adequate number of staff to service everyone at the same time. I highlight that many guests go in big groups and visit each other’s rooms frequently, causing a lot of noise. I think this is all quite inappropriate for a hotel at this price and level.

From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commitment to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my two-Day stay. The Boli Yabu Hotel's convenient location, coupled with its modern amenities and attentive staff, made my business trip to Xining both productive and enjoyable. The proximity to key attractions such as the Qinghai Province Museum, Xining Wildlife Zoo, and Plateau Pearl Sightseeing Tower further enhanced my stay, allowing me to explore the beauty of the city in my downtime.
