The receptionists and hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We ran out of drinking water and they already send new bottles of water to our room. The hotel indoor swimming pool was really long. The hot spring room is not that large but adequate. There were not many people when we were using it .
Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of juices and choices. However, the buffet dinner was nothing special.

I was not aware of this hotel chain until my arrival. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and so the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment for this hotel has a 5 star rating. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

It is a nice hotel and near Xian, easy to access by car. Elva from the reception is very helpful, she began to keep in contact with me before we checked in. She always helped when we need. Thank you, Elva. Excellent service.

Honestly, I can not say the hot spring is clean, especially in holiday, the water was pretty dirty with thousand people. And this hot spring area always has some bad smell. But our family is visiting here time to time because swimming pool, hot spring, and rest & snack area is all connected, you can go to hot spring when you feel cold with swim, and you can go to snack area when you feel hungry. It was really convenient to play with children.
Morning buffet quality is not very good.It is just edible, western style bread or other food is not a lot. In egg station, no omelet and people swipe away egg fries so you have to wait long, no option for sunny side up or scramble. Workers dont take your dishes while they just walk around or looking at their nails.

設施：有很完善的設施齊備，一個人待酒店也不會無聊，不論是温泉，還是游泳，都可以消磨一下午的時光，喜歡拍照的小姐姐，也是可是找到很多地方擺拍美照
衞生：整體衞生還是很不錯的，房間寬敞明亮，大大的飄窗坐在上面看窗外的美景放空自己，真的很舒服
環境：酒店整個園區環境都很美，內外部都很舒服，尤其外部整個引入眼簾的綠色，讓人覺得身心放鬆
服務：服務更是沒得説，前台的小姐姐們都很熱情周到，不僅介紹酒店，還介紹了周邊旅遊和特色美食，非常符合我的期待。點名表揚前台小楊，幫我推薦不少攻略

房間寬大明亮，設施服務很好。家庭出遊體驗感很棒，感應小夜燈方便長者起夜。泡温泉沒想到酒店還有小朋友款浴袍，真貼心。
自助早餐，晚餐種類豐盛，可惜減脂期，沒能胃口大開，衹好乾掉兩盤蔬菜，沙拉的油醋汁好評，配上火腿，味道很贊。
泳池水質很好，沒有刺鼻的消毒水味道。湯池也很舒服，温度最高40，低一點37度，都可以接受，休息區提供的檸檬水，水果和小吃。還可以下棋或者在汗蒸房躺着休息下。

大床房房間非常好，服務讓我覺得也非常舒服，尤其前台的小劉，非常熱情。另外酒店温泉和泳池很乾凈，就是温泉小點，如果再加幾個户外温泉更棒。這次入住讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺。有機會還會入住這家酒店。
