The staff were super helpful including helping us book our Terracotta Warrior tickets in advance, and directing us to nearest PCR test location. Fabulous experience.

Excellent service all round from check-in to check-out. The execitive suite room was excellent, very spacious with everything necessary to enjoy a luxurious and comfortable stay. This isn't a modern 5 star hotel but I felt the general quality of the hardware, facilities and service were all still adequate for a 5 star establishment. The executive lounge was nice and quiet and the options available were sufficient to satisfy most people tastes. The self help bar was decently stocked and the service at the executive lounge was great. Finally I felt that the price to quality/benefits ratio was excellent, will stay here again on the future!

I had a wonderful experience at Xi'an Sofitel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Andy, the concierge, was particularly helpful in arranging many of the activities and tours I wanted to do. Breakfast at Azure restaurant has many Western and Chinese options and I was very satisfied. I don't recommend going to the Japanese restaurant though, some of the food is good but it's way overpriced. The concierge has a very good command of the English language and many other staff are able to communicate in English. Especially if you are a foreigner, it will make your stay much more relaxing to be able to communicate in English. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub very much.

Great location between drum tower and the city wall south gate so just a short walk to lots of sightseeing and food & beverage options and for pagodas etc its just a 20min taxi ride. Hotel itself has nice design and rooms are comfortable and in good shape, cleaning was overall good and it was quiet at night. Not a huge fan of the semi-open bathroom though and the minifridge doesnt really cool. Breakfast was quite limited compared to the big Western chains but no big deal for us. Staff was nice throughout and no language issues. Overall pretty good value for money and would consider staying here again next time in Xi’an.

The location of Riverview Hotel is good, and the price/performance ratio of the same class is commendable. The child is 10 years old, and the swimming pool is very popular with dolls. The room is large, and the design is very user-friendly. I like the viewing function the most. You can see the exhibition center and surrounding lights in the night view.

Everything you expect from a Holiday Inn - clean, basic but quality amenities. Location was right smack in the center of Xi'an only a hop and a skip away from the bell tower, perfect for a first trip to the city. Very well connected to the subway, only a 5-10 minute walk that's not difficult even with suitcases. Breakfast had lots of options, mostly Chinese but I like that best anyways. Lots of veggie options for vegetarians and vegans. Just a warning though to go before 8:30am because by 9am the breakfast area is swarming and there's no place to sit. Coffee shops and good restaurants nearby, highly recommend!

This was a fantastic hotel - incredible location, with a rooftop terrace that was wonderful for a quiet evening chat & drinks. Our room was a great size for two people with luggage, and the included laundry & gym were a great bonus. Even though the hotel overlooks the Muslim tourist quarter, noise was never an issue. Very convenient with Starbucks, KFC, and a convenience store on your doorstep. All the staff went out of their way to help even at some busy times - thanks again team, we look forward to staying again.

This is my second time staying in Oro, the location is good, and the attitude of the service staff is as good as ever. But the equipment is really not working (at least for this room type): the very angry point is the plug. There are no plugs on both sides of the bedside table. Recently, one is next to the TV, the other is under the locker, and the other is in the bathroom. Does the hotel want tourists not to play with their mobile phones while charging? There is a three-charge device on the bedside table, and you have to pay for it once you scan the code. Whenever the hotel charges, it will cost you money! ! ! (This is really very very very low score) In addition, the gym is smaller than when I moved in 2 years ago, and the equipment left over is also very old, and the elliptical machine and cycling bike can't be turned on (if you have fitness needs, you can persuade them to leave)

A great place & super friendly and helpful to foreigners. They have cold water, food and drinks available. The staff helped me a lot with navigating China and making travel plans. They were very patient with my poor Chinese. The arrangement of the common areas makes it easy to make friends, and I had lots of friendly encounters with other travellers. 10/10 would stay again.

This is a small hotel yet very cozy, and even though the staff does not speak English, they were able to do everything they could to help us. The breakfast was fine, but not many options. The coffee area is a welcoming place to sit and drink some of the imported beer they have. The location is also convenient, and easy to get a Didi. The staff gave us a small Christmas token, and this was a touching moment. Thank you.

As soon as we checked in, Miss April contacted us and took the initiative to share some surrounding travel tips with me. When I visited the city that never sleeps, I didn’t know where some attractions were, so I asked her. Every time I asked a question, she was always prompt. Reply to me, respond to all requests, answer all questions, and have excellent professional knowledge. The other waiters were also great. The guy who checked out was also very nice. The room was very clean. I will choose Canopy next time and support April.

Downstairs of the hotel is Datang Everbright City. It is very close to Datang Paradise and Da Ci'en Temple. The hotel staff are very serious and responsible, especially the uncles at the door who are responsible for welcoming guests. They are warm and generous. The next time you come to Chang'an, Goose will definitely stay at Xi'an Haoxianglai Wyndham Grand Hotel. The breakfast is superb. The girl at the front desk who helped me check out after leaving the hotel was very serious and enthusiastic. The key is to look good. The room was delayed until 14:00, the weather was too hot.

The hotel was fine, especially since the location was great! Close to the subway, many restaurants, and a mall nearby. They could improve by writing breakfast hours on the door or the Trip APP. One reception staff said that breakfast starts at 10:00 AM, another person said that breakfast starts at 9:00 AM, and another staff said I could enter the breakfast room from 7:00 AM. Also, I paid for breakfast but had an appointment between 9:00-10:00 AM, so I didn't understand why breakfast started so late. A bit confusing. Overall, it was a good hotel for two days. No one could speak English, but luckily I could speak some Chinese. 谢谢！

We stayed 3 nights at Liz hotel, when we booked the family room for 3 of us, we didn’t know if there would be enough room for our son since he is 6’1, but he loved the birdcage shaped bed! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is so close to the Muslim Quarters/drum tower/bell tower and metro station, very convenient, we took metro to Saga and Wanda shopping centers. Breakfast is at the hotel (same chain) next door with good selections. There is free afternoon tea each day from 1-9pm with fruits and snacks, and free noodles/congee from 10pm-12am. There is free umbrella and phone charger at the room, free laundry on 6th floor, very thoughtful. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to visit Xi’an.

Receptionists are really helpful and they are all speaking English. They suggest and introduce all Xi’an attractions to us during our checkin. Hotel is located at the South gate of city walls and the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. The room’s view is just perfect and you can enjoy the night view of the Xi’an city wall. The hotel and furnitures are a bit old but in general its okay and cleaning was nice. The only problem is there is no socket in the bathroom to use hair dryer, there was something look like a socket but the hair dryer didn’t run normally when we tried to use. We used the hair dryer next to bed, it is not a critical problem.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor would I ever stay there again myself. At the end of my stay, I was asked by one of the staff to share my WeChat information should I need them to help me arrange a future trip to Xi’an. Next day, I received a WeChat message imploring me to leave a five star review and a list of names I needed to mention (most of whom I did not recognize). This ruined the whole trip for me. I realized that the whole “nice” demeanor was wanting a good review and had nothing to do with the actual well being of the customer. I’m so sorry I shared my private WeChat with such an unscrupulous person. I have been loyal to the Shangri-La brand, but avoid this hotel. There is a clearly a pressure/work environment at this hotel no one needs or wants.

We want to go to Huimin Street to play and punch in, because I want to brush my teeth at night and give me more toiletries. I also made a decoration upstairs. It’s really nice. There are people wearing rooms on the street. It’s simple. Unfortunately, there is no razor. It is not very convenient. You can see the location of the clock tower when you go out. It is really good. After we checked out, the luggage was stored for so long for free. I was thinking about giving money! Anyway, I had a good time. It’s okay. I forgot that the house sign is too small. Ctrip has booked a hotel many times, and there are not many impressions and reviews. I have stayed in a hotel owned by Huazhu several times before, but oranges are still the first time. The overall experience makes us feel far more than expected. 1. The front desk informs that you can check in early, and at the same time inform that it may be a bit noisy along the street (Muslim Street). When we hesitate, we can take us to see the room and make a decision. 2. When I checked in, I offered children's toothbrushes and shoes. Generally, the hotel was taken by me after I checked in (except for parent-child hotels). 3. Before check-in, you will confirm by phone, confirm with me before cleaning (set to do not disturb), and contact you if you find lost items after leaving the store. 4. There is water in the lobby lounge area, fully automatic espresso machine, fruit tea, all free, this configuration is not available in some super five-star hotels. 5. There is an observation deck on the roof 6. The front desk service attitude of each shift is very good, the training is in place, close to super five stars. 7. It is very convenient to eat, drink and traffic around. Takeaways will be delivered to the door in minutes to the hotel lobby. (We ordered four waves of takeaways) 8. Allow one hour late check-out without a member, which is very user-friendly. Summary: There is nothing to comment on the hardware, it is the same level. What impressed us was the active service awareness, details processing and training management. These three points hope that the whole Huazhu will promote learning, and will stay again in the future. I will also recommend it to my relatives and friends.

Generally, the hotel was taken by me after I checked in (except for parent-child hotels). 3. Before check-in, you will confirm by phone, confirm with me before cleaning (set to do not disturb), and contact you if you find lost items after leaving the store. 4. There is water in the lobby lounge area, fully automatic espresso machine, fruit tea, all free, this configuration is not available in some super five-star hotels. 5. There is an observation deck on the roof 6. The front desk service attitude of each shift is very good, the training is in place, close to super five stars. 7. It is very convenient to eat, drink and traffic around. Takeaways will be delivered to the door in minutes to the hotel lobby. (We ordered four waves of takeaways) 8. This was a fantastic hotel - incredible location, with a rooftop terrace that was wonderful for a quiet evening chat & drinks. Our room was a great size for two people with luggage, and the included laundry & gym were a great bonus. Even though the hotel overlooks the Muslim tourist quarter, noise was never an issue. Very convenient with Starbucks, KFC, and a convenience store on your doorstep. All the staff went out of their way to help even at some busy times - thanks again team, we look forward to staying again.
