nice and tidy

It was short but very pleasant stay. Location is great, close to the main attractions. I really loved the room, it was small but cozy, as well as the hotel in general.

I stayed at this hotel for nearly two weeks while I mostly did work online and as a consequence ended up moving between a few different rooms as availability dictated. It’s a very pleasant hotel in an atmospheric part of old Xiamen, the architecture in the area looks almost Latin and there’s a sense of history and forgotten stories in the area that is rare to experience in modern China. The lovely courtyard is a nice place to while away the day and also doubles as a cafe. People come in to have a tea and take a bunch of shots for social media. There was even a wedding there during my stay. In the evening, movies are shown with a projector. Staff can communicate in English and attempt to be helpful and friendly. Morning breakfasts are healthy, oil-free and varied. I chose this hotel as I needed an antidote to the typical Chinese high rise hotel with their institutional feel. This did the trick. It’s a personal, comfortable and atmospheric stay.

Very nice hotel and well situated in Xiamen; although a taxi is needed to visit many other parts of Xiamen (that is just the layout of the city). The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel organizes nice activities. The garden of the hotel is beautiful and was decorated in a Christmas theme during the Christmas Days. Many young people came there to take pictures. In the evening they also organized an open air cinema in their garden during Christmas with a few Christmas-movies. The room (on the top floor) was very cute, but even with the airco on (with hot air) quite cold. This made our stay less comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was tasty but as the little cafe was not heated, also not so comfortable. Overall a very nice hotel and I would love to come back during warmer days if I have the chance.

Great hotel - very well decorated, nice garden and in a good location. Would recommend.

這次六天親子旅程，選擇住在中山路百年別墅區的良築，院子佈置得很用心，孩子最喜歡在院子裏面擼貓。清晨坐在院子裏吃早飯，很愜意。房間很有中古味道，衞生間很大，如果能有個掛衣服的簡易衣櫃就更好了。希望下次去廈門可以住不同的房間。民宿位置很好，不論去逛老城區，還是去中山路步行街等熱門景點都很方便。

房間很大，衞生間幾乎和房間差不多大。擺設是70、80後熟悉的樣子，設施很用心，喜歡的人會感覺到温度。民宿在華僑新村裡，出門走走就很有味道。離思明區各熱門景點都是步行可及，一兩公里的距離，春節期間不好打車，可以説極其方便。前台小陸很耐心細緻，作為遊客感覺到被體諒和信任，非常暖心。院子裏的中古飾品店選品不俗，挑到了特別好看的胸針。希望民宿繼續堅持自己的品位和風格，祝越來越好！

距離中山路十幾分鍾路程，在一個居民區裏，司機找不到轉了好多圈，最大的問題是它晚上沒有前台，你點外賣啊，服務啊，半夜如果設施出問題是沒人解決的。我的飛機九點多才降落，到酒店都十點多了，周圍一片寂靜，找點吃的絕對不可能。點外賣也很麻煩，因為前台小哥下班了，鎖門，無人服務，你要自己開門自己鎖門。也意味着你遲歸很麻煩，但是旅行逛街本來就會很晚，所以我第二天果斷換酒店了。 好的地方也有，作為南方人，我對早餐的黑米粥和玉米比較滿意，居民區很安靜，睡眠不會很差。樓下的小院子老闆用心設計了。如果你旅行比較懶惰，不喜歡走動，不需要晚回，就民宿呆一呆不怎麼出門，我覺得民宿就很不錯。

非常喜歡良築，裝修有特色，香薰很好聞！地理位置優越，去哪裡都很方便，想打車就打車，想坐公交就坐公交，核心景點都在周圍一公里或兩公里左右。民宿裏的小姐姐、小哥哥，還有阿姨，親切、温和、可愛，非常為住客考慮，有要求能及時迴應幫忙解決，所以入住很有家的感覺~ 良渚裏還有四衹貓，美麗的異瞳白貓，貪吃的三花貓陽陽，還有一衹大奶牛貓和一衹小奶牛貓。小朋友來這裏滿足了擼貓的慾望，很治癒。院子是花心思打理的，漂亮，很多人會來這兒拍照、打卡、享受下午茶。入住期間，結識了其他顧客帶來的鸚鵡，起司貓，還見證了一場包場求婚儀式，有點小感動~
