I took my children to travel to Xi'an. I read online that the hotel's location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere. I wanted to travel during the off-peak hours but unexpectedly encountered heavy snowfall when I arrived. I was unprepared and caught off guard. The hotel's front desk provided attentive service and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and patient. Answered all my questions, and also carefully reminded me of various safety precautions when traveling. The service was super heartwarming. The room was very warm and I felt perfect about my stay💯.

The Novotel was a bit disappointing. It was one of the more expensive hotels in the inner city so we thought it would be good. The staff were really friendly and forthcoming. The room was a bit average, the Bell tower hotel is far cheaper a bit older but has much bigger rooms. The gym has two running machines and some free weights? Got a better gym in average units in Australia. The laundry facilities are handy and a bonus. Cant say a sink in the main room is a bonus. I can not recommend the breakfast, very low quality fruit and bread I guess its ok if you are into Chinese breakfast and eat meat. The coffee is gross even Macas has better coffee. I would not consider staying here again. To expensive for what you get compared to the other hotels and accommodation available. The location is convenient to the metro, bell&drum tower, mosque, markets and south gate etc

Great hotel, clean, service staff with very good attitude. Breakfast was delivered to the room on the first day. There was also sweet soup in the evening. The rest of the days were buffets. Since we woke up very late every day, we didn't go to the buffet, but I felt that the buffet should be even better. It was really great to stay for four days. The most important thing is that you can see the koi when you open the curtains, so every day in Xi'an is lucky.

This was a perfect place for my stay in Xi’An. Located directly next to the South Gate for the Xi’An city wall, it was very easily accessible and had so many options around. The room was clean and had all the necessities. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. The staff knew very little English, but definitely tried their best. From check-in all the way to check-out, the staff was incredibly receptive and professional. They helped to suggest the best local cuisine as well as helping to get a taxi to the airport. When leaving, front office manager Jerry He personally greeted us and checked on our stay. I will certainly rebook this hotel for my next stay in Xi’An

I stayed here for one night while traveling in Xi'an. Someone recommended it before and said that this hotel has a good environment. After arriving, I found that the environment is not bad. The advantage is that it is relatively close to the city center. But to be honest, I don’t recommend it for traveling, because this hotel is not close to any subway station. The nearest two subway stations take about 20 minutes to walk. It is not feasible to take a taxi, because there is a road nearby that is jammed all year round. If you take a taxi, Just wait for ten minutes over there. The environment in the room is okay, and the size is okay, but it is very hot. It is so hot that I need to open the windows at night, but after opening the windows at night, it is extremely noisy outside. There is a restaurant or something next to it, and it is being tidied up all the way. Glass bottle? I kept hearing their clattering sounds all night long. Anyway, I got up several times at 4, 5, 3 or 4 in the morning, and I heard their sounds every time. Also, the design of the latch is very special. How do you insert the latch next to the desk? The advantage is that there seems to be a free midnight snack every night, which is actually porridge, but it is also free. There is also a robot that delivers food, which I quite like.

Not a bad stay. In rhe city center close to all the action, however there is a bar on the rooftop. It was very easy to hear the people. They were gone by 12, however if you are traveling with small children or you plan on going to bed early, understand it's pretty loud until late.

Would have been grand when new, but still quite good and lives up to its present day rating as a 3 star hotel. Bathroom has wet/dry separation, where pressure is good and heats up quickly. Room staff provide thick bathroom floor mats and towels. Overall not bad for 150 RMB a night.

The service was thoughtful and the staff in other departments of the hotel were also very good. The hotel has a restaurant, breakfast is available in all kinds, it is definitely full. Less than two hundred can have such a location and environment is very worthwhile, what kind of bicycles are needed? 😃 I will stay here next time I come to Xi'an. I wish the business is booming!

Simply put I loved it. The position is very good, metro is here, entrance to the city wall too. The room is small but super cozy, everything is automated setting the lights (with different mood presets!), opening closing the curtains. It has a mini fridge!! A big speaker you can pair with Bluetooth to listen to your favorite music! They gave me 5 bottles of mineral water when I checked in. Let's keep hydrated! Stay included breakfast which is delivered to the room at the time you prefer. It has a snack bar on the first floor and I enjoyed the orange juice and the coffee. Shower gel also smells good. Staff is courteous and friendly. I know right now is not a great time to travel but when it will reopen come visit!

The hotel location is accurate. It's very close to the South Gate, there are many places to eat nearby, and the location is very convenient. The location of the hotel can be seen on the city wall. Because they were all outside, I didn’t have time to sit on the balcony yet. The room I booked has a bathtub, which the children like. They also provide free disposable bath bags and bubble balls. There is also a small cubicle where you can eat and drink, which is great. The store service is very attentive. Although there is no elevator on the second floor, the staff will help with luggage. Not only does this faucet dessert look great, the kids also love it. It’s a pity that I didn’t have time to eat their Roujiamo!

The B&B is located in Hongxin International Community, very quiet. I booked two rooms and stayed there for four consecutive days. It is convenient to travel and is only a few minutes away from Ningmen subway station. The snack bar downstairs in the community is not very good, and I can’t eat it. However, Heshenghui opposite the community has many delicious food, B1 has many snacks, and there are restaurants upstairs. I recommend Jinjingfu on the third floor. It tastes good. You can also view the city wall on the top floor. .

Hands down one of the best stays in a sub-5-star hotel I ever had. I heard it's rated the top 4-star hotel in Xi'an, and deserves every bit of that accolade. The service is just wonderful, with staff greeting you at every turn without being intrusive, attending to every need, and ready to guide you with transport and travel plans. They are really courteous with a trained formality and elegance. Special mention is given to 小七, whose introduction of the room and its services was first class, and politely and respectfully refused our tip. Many others deserve mention, whose names unfortunately I did not ask for (including 小张 and 盼). The hotel is beautifully designed, with a really poetic name (if I got it right, means calm clouds with a safe harbour for the night, in just 4 Chinese characters), and the interior decor is really stylish without being pretentious. The lobby, with its gigantic multi-function reception counter is really impressive. The location is just fantastic, and just around the corner from one of the southern gates of the City Fortification. The hotel management is doing something right, and I hope it continues this level of service and refinement. Loved my stay so much that I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Xi'an again.

If you don’t know where to go when you come to Xi’an for the first time, you can ask the store to help you make a set of free guides, which is perfect.

The room was really great 👍🏻. I was stunned when I entered the door. It was exactly the same as the picture. The room was spacious and bright, clean and hygienic. The sheets and quilts were just replaced with new ones. The room was still drying the sheets that had been washed. For me with a slight cleanliness, I am more assured of hygiene. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway entrance, and you will go to the Bell Tower Muslim Street through the subway entrance. The location is not too good. There are various snacks around the downstairs. There is a morning market downstairs in the morning. It is super cheap to buy vegetables and fruits. I still cook in the room in the morning. The kitchen utensils and seasonings are all complete, which is perfect. Five-star recommended stay.
