Would have been grand when new, but still quite good and lives up to its present day rating as a 3 star hotel. Bathroom has wet/dry separation, where pressure is good and heats up quickly. Room staff provide thick bathroom floor mats and towels. Overall not bad for 150 RMB a night.

Holiday Inn Express Xi'An Bell Towers is located near amenties like 24/7 convenience stores. It is a short walking distance to various street food stalls n souvenir shops. Lots of delicious food are found here.👍 Their reception staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered us beverages to quench our thirst due to our long train ride from another province. Due to our late departing flight schedule, they were to accomodate to our request for late check-out.👍 Their breakfast is nice and delicious, catering to both Chinese and Western style. We were even given complimentary home-made beverages, something which we did not anticipate and this gesture delighted us. 👍 Their family room is ideal for our family of 4 adults, spacious space and good disposable toiletries. Staff cleaning the hotel rooms were polite, friendly and did a thorough job. Room was cleaned everday, at different timings, as they accomodate to our timing for sight seeing.👍 We would like to thank all staff from Holiday Inn Express Bell Tower Xi An for making our leisure trip a wonderful and memorable one. 😘 Thank you ❤️

The hotel is located in a very busy area, there’re a lot of places to eat nearby as well as some shops, although it can be noisy in the evening (but the hotel provides earplugs if needed). It’s easy to get around as the metro station and bus stops are near, as well as some sights(鼓楼，钟楼，西安城墙）The room was spacious and clean, although the bathroom door was transparent which caused us a mild inconvenience. Breakfast was very good: a lot of options to choose from. The lobby area is very cosy and the front desk staff are nice and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would recommend it to everyone! For this price it’s definitely a great choice

The nearby area is full of fireworks and convenient to eat. The Roujiamo in Laotongguan is the best, and the Chuan Chuan shop opposite is worth a try. Several special attractions in Xi'an are very close, and you can take the subway to Yongning Gate in just one stop. I think the room with a double bed here is smaller than those in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and we were given a room facing the street. On the first night, it was so hot that I couldn't sleep all night because the heater was turned on. The room was still very hot with the air conditioner turned on; I decided not to turn on the air conditioner and open the windows for two nights, but I finally fell asleep. Maybe I couldn’t sleep until I was really tired after visiting the Terracotta Warriors + Huaqing Palace and watching Song of Everlasting Sorrow the day before; but in the morning, the streets downstairs started to be busy with traffic and chatter. Finally, around ten o'clock, I was woken up by the eviction warning from the urban management vehicle downstairs. On the third night, I turned off the air conditioner and opened the windows... The food stalls on the street downstairs were still open at two o'clock these nights. The difference was that tonight there were loud noises and quarrels between men and women! …Then the food stall was collecting beer bottles and the clinking noise was so loud that it was at least four o’clock when I fell asleep! Sleeping with the window open all night was like sleeping next to a barbecue stall. Without opening the window and turning on the heater, it was too stuffy and I couldn't sleep... I was woken up by the sound of electric drilling and knocking during the decoration at around eight o'clock... I didn't get enough sleep for three nights. Fortunately, I will stay in another hotel for two nights during the next trip to Xi'an; I look forward to having a good night's sleep.

I think this hotel is the most convenient choice of all hotels in Xi'An. It's right in front of the Bell Towers, and walking distance to so many tourist spots, even situated right in front of metro exit. It's easy to call a cab here. The breakfast didn't have much choice, but if you're in a mood for other types of food, you can just go outside and find so many nearby restaurants. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel so much despite the hotel is old and that the window doesn't have view of the bell tower.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Bell Tower and the city wall within walking distance! The staff's service attitude was very good, check-in was fast, and I was assigned a quieter room according to my request! The room is also very neat and clean, and the heating temperature is just right and very comfortable!

The hotel as a whole is very worthy of praise. The whole experience can be said to be very thoughtful. As soon as you enter the door, someone will help you open the door and unpack your luggage, and immediately provide hot water. The room was arranged in advance after check-in, and I quickly went into the room to rest. The room was very comfortable, clean and smelled great when we entered it. I have to say that I really think this experience is the best among so many cities. Another comment that I must write down is the lady in the restaurant, she is so heartwarming. Although it is a buffet. The cutlery was delivered to me before I even reached for it. The food was very delicious😋 and there were many choices. The eldest sister also patiently introduced their features to me, which I really thought was very good. I also gave a souvenir after leaving the store. It's great, the experience is great, and the facilities and equipment are complete. There is a gym and laundry room, and the parking lot is very convenient. Main level laundry room for quick drying. I really like the smell of this laundry detergent that lasts a long time. I will really choose this hotel next time. Special thanks to the front desk manager Ren for his help, as well as the restaurant lady, and the ladies and brothers at the front desk~very good~a must-have for repeat customers!

The reception staff were friendly and check in was really easy and quick. The room is clean and modern. All amenities I required were available and the room was cleaned on time. The only issue was the elevator was not reliable and we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and after getting out we had to climb 4 flights of stairs to the room and then go back down to explore the city. Good experience overall besides the elevator encounter

A lovely stay at this hotel. Clean, very central location, very special being rushed outside the bell tower. Friendly hotel staff. Basic Chinese breakfast but much around to eat if you prefer to venture out. Recommended.

The hotel is on the pedestrian street, very close to Exit F of the Bell Tower Subway Station, a 2-minute walk. There are many supermarkets and a Kaiyuan Mall around, which is convenient for shopping. You can walk to the Drum Tower, Muslim Street, and City Wall. The location is very good. The quality of All Seasons has always been guaranteed. Before joining the hotel, the hotel staff will ask in advance whether you prefer a room with a good view facing the street or a quiet room without facing the street. We chose a quiet room, and it didn't feel noisy even on the pedestrian street.
