The breakfast is very good with many varieties. The taste is good, the service is warm, and the front desk answers questions attentively, which is rare. Unfortunately, the environment is too noisy, the cart hums in the middle of the night, and the rest is not good. The house does not have slippers for bathing, and the details are not thoughtful. The parking lot is in the backyard, which is very convenient and safe.

The Novotel was a bit disappointing. It was one of the more expensive hotels in the inner city so we thought it would be good. The staff were really friendly and forthcoming. The room was a bit average, the Bell tower hotel is far cheaper a bit older but has much bigger rooms. The gym has two running machines and some free weights? Got a better gym in average units in Australia. The laundry facilities are handy and a bonus. Cant say a sink in the main room is a bonus. I can not recommend the breakfast, very low quality fruit and bread I guess its ok if you are into Chinese breakfast and eat meat. The coffee is gross even Macas has better coffee. I would not consider staying here again. To expensive for what you get compared to the other hotels and accommodation available. The location is convenient to the metro, bell&drum tower, mosque, markets and south gate etc

The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

Holiday Inn Express Xi'An Bell Towers is located near amenties like 24/7 convenience stores. It is a short walking distance to various street food stalls n souvenir shops. Lots of delicious food are found here.👍 Their reception staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they offered us beverages to quench our thirst due to our long train ride from another province. Due to our late departing flight schedule, they were to accomodate to our request for late check-out.👍 Their breakfast is nice and delicious, catering to both Chinese and Western style. We were even given complimentary home-made beverages, something which we did not anticipate and this gesture delighted us. 👍 Their family room is ideal for our family of 4 adults, spacious space and good disposable toiletries. Staff cleaning the hotel rooms were polite, friendly and did a thorough job. Room was cleaned everday, at different timings, as they accomodate to our timing for sight seeing.👍 We would like to thank all staff from Holiday Inn Express Bell Tower Xi An for making our leisure trip a wonderful and memorable one. 😘 Thank you ❤️

The hotel was in a great location. It’s right beside the Muslim quarter so there’s so much street food. There’s also food chains like McDonald’s and kfc and Starbucks near by. The Great Mosque is only 5 minute walk and so is the drum and bell tower. The room was nice and clean and had the basics. The only negative was the AC was not great. It doesn’t cool the room but this is probably due to central air conditioning being controlled by the hotel which is common with most places in China. The staff were nice even though they had limited English. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you want easy access to the different tourists attractions!

We were having trouble to book the tickets for shanxi museum during the check in and the front desk service staff, 小雅 was very helpful and assisted us in the booking and got us the tickets. The service is excellent and I would recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when they are traveling to Xi’an.

The very best experience from our long trip (18 days) across China. The facilities are very cosy and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. The English speaking level is very high. Andy Song was really helpful for all kinds of requests. The breakfast is great. The place is quiet which is rare in such a big city. Amazing place, strongly recommended. Sofitel in Renmin Square will be our next destination in Xi’an.

Not a word of English was once spoken here, despite claiming to be an International Hotel, with a Western restaurant. We were greeted by a sign saying that the swimming pool was closed, which was a major disappointment as I had only booked this hotel to use the pool. I'm the room the tiles around the bath were all broken, and some on the floor too. It looks impressive when you first walk in, but then you notice issues. The ”coffee” is undrinkable to a westerner who doesn't take sugar. A huge selection of Chinese food for breakfast, but considering this is called a Western restaurant the cooked breakfast was appalling. The cook should ask someone how to fry eggs as they were awful. One day we had sausages that were fine, but the spicy ones are nothing like western sausages and not nice. I'm used to awful bacon in most countries, so this left me with beans on toast. The second day there were no beans, so just toast. The third day beans were empty, so I asked for some. After 10 minutes they came out stone cold. Very poor.

Equipment facilities are very new! Clean and tidy! The environment is a bit noisy, and you can hear it as soon as there is movement outside. It is easy to be woken up for people with poor sleep! The service is average, there is no one at the front desk, there is still no one when checking out, you have to call to find someone! The room didn't even have a small stool! Very speechless...

For breakfast, there are very few breakfast shops nearby. I booked a hotel for the teaching and education examination, but the infrastructure nearby is very poor. Then, an extra bed is ok, but it’s better to bring children. The location of the hotel is also relatively biased. There is a certain distance from the bus stop, and it takes about 10-20 minutes to walk there. It is impossible to have a parking lot, just like a remote and desolate town street. The nearest bus stops from the first stop to the last stop to get to the nearest subway station. Free trade zone and free trade zone are the last stop. It takes about 20 stops to get to Xiaozhai. I transferred to despair and was super tired.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, I was impressed. First of all, I entered the lobby. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and gentle. I would patiently answer any questions. I also sent fruit when I checked in. There was also a small robot for delivery in the lobby and free coffee. Sour plum soup. To the room, The room is also very clean and tidy, the facilities are very complete, also equipped with small degree, very novel, breakfast is also very like, the nutrition is very balanced. Eggs, vegetables and fruits are available. There are some small fried products, very nice. In general, this stay is very good. Next time preferred.
