酒店房間衞生乾淨整潔，床也很大，帶小孩出來玩，一家三口睡一點也不擁擠，地理位置特別好，去回民街，鐘樓，大雁塔都很方便，晚上可以出去散散步，城牆底下還有唱歌的可以聽，酒店小姑娘還給介紹了一些旅遊攻略，幫我們買票，特別熱情，已經給身邊的朋友們都安利過，以後來西安遊玩一定要住這家酒店，而且房間也很大

避雷避雷避雷！！！
1.並沒有經過我們的同意給我們自己“升級”到圖一這種老宅式**
2.原本我們訂的親子房因為床小跟店家溝通過的給我們換大一點的床，然後是換了大床的房 但是爛的離譜 味道重的讓我覺得從來沒人打掃一樣 牙刷不夠需要我們自己去找 這麼熱的天氣也沒個點蚊香啥的 小朋友被蚊子咬到一晚上沒睡好
3.在溝通給我們換回之前訂的房間的時候跟我們説並沒有房間瞭然後幫我們找了同小區的房 但是需要我們自己補差價 真的挺搞笑的 自己把我們原本的房給別人了給我們升級個爛房然後告訴我沒房了同小區找給我們讓我們自己補差價 大半夜拎着行李跑過來又跑到別的地方去 你們的問題導致我們折騰沒有補償就算了還需要我們補差價
總結：又爛又破又臟 除了客服小姐姐的態度好一點沒啥好的

the location is good. Easy to reach anywhere. The room is quite clean, spacious and well designed (within this amount of charge). There are lots of big shopping mall nearby. Lots of restaurants just nearby the building.

The hotel's cleanliness, with guests consistently noting the spotless facilities and fresh ambiance. The prime location near yongningmen mrt and drum tower is popular among many visitors, The hotel staff very good english we was chat thru wechat very recomended this hotel

Location is convenient, bit hard to find, receptionist wasn't available at the time of check in so we had to get in contact through wechat, however this didn't change much and the process was quick and smooth

Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location. Close to the metro station
Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Easy check in/out, all necessary provided.
I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep night:)

I find that the location was good for a subway station but to get to the actual Homestay was a huge annoyance. Had to ask people where to locate this place. Albeit, when we did arrive there the place reeked of smoke. We left the window open and it was gone, I do like how there is 3 AC's though. One in living room and 2 in the bedrooms. So that gave me a nice cozy feel!

The room was big and clean. There’re many convenient stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Metro is about 10 minutes away (from the elevator hall). Can walk to the bell tower to enjoy the view of the city. Easy to check in via WeChat. I thought it might be difficult to find the room at first but the owner gave me some pictures that show the way clearly. However, they only provided 1 small toilet tissue roll for our 4 nights stayed. the WiFi was very poor.
