Atour S Hotel (Xi'an Nanmen)

Great location, clean room. But we didn't see a mini fridge which was a bit inconvenient. That all said, location is great.

The hotel is conveniently located and it is within walking distances to the tourist attraction's and shopping areas. Unfortunately, access to hotel is very bad and one have to drag your own luggage from the main road into the hotel. There is no vehicular access to the main lobby. The hotel is quite shabby and room's linens do not look clean. Washing machines are available for one to wash your own laundry.

Great location at the South Gate, nice view from the room. Room is clean and quite new, definitely well maintained. Staff speaks no English, only Chinese but it’s possible.

This is the second Atour hotel we stayed in the same trip. We decided to upgrade our room with the city wall view and we were delighted we did. The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable and the toiletries were delightful. There was a complimentary supper too. Will definitely recommend this to anyone 😉

Great Location to visit Xi’an. The hotel room was very comfortable, just the bathroom is old and the shower was not so good. Good breakfast with a great view to Xi’an Wall.

It’s a great hotel with comfy beds,  breakfast was not a feast, but still generous. Room was noise proof, and clean.

I had a lovely stay, all staff were very welcoming at all points of my stay. The location was good, very close to the city wall. They had a good selection at breakfast. The room was clean and fresh. Overall a great stay - Thank you.

We didn't do the breakfast, although we took a look one day. There are no western options, so if you like Chinese breakfast you will love it. There is no pool, that's really the only flaw with the facilities. The gym is good enough, and there is laundry service also. The room we had was very nice, had a long counter-top space with two bar stools so we could set up our computers and use it as a desk. The room is clean and the bathroom is good also. The staff is very helpful, although they are all young and don't seem to know enough yet about helping foreigners book tickets for things. This did not stop them from trying their hardest. Housekeeping stocks the fridge everyday with tea and coke and water. And the location is perfect - just a short walk from a metro station and just outside the city wall. Our room had a view of the wall, it was very nice to look out the windows and see that every day. It was a good value and we would definitely come back to this hotel. Loved it.

Very friendly staff, location is great and bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was mediocre, room was old and not we’ll maintained.
