O café da manhã foi classificado como ocidental, mas as opções eram ruins. Os quartos eram limpos e a localização era boa, mas pelo preço foi decepcionante.
Eu escolhi este hotel por sua classificação alta, mas o serviço era ruim. O bar do hotel estava fechado. A janela do quarto estava quebrada. Os funcionários foram inúteis, no entanto, isso pode ser devido à barreira linguística entre ambas as partes.

Eu realmente não recomendo um quarto com ventilador. Um quarto tem uma geladeira e o outro não tem recepção. Não é uma solução. Very nice hotel ! In the city center. Very well situated close to the bell and drum towers and metro stations. Miss 小木 received us at the reception. All the staff is very kind and professional. We had a very pleasant journey !

Rooms were dirty! Absence of maintenance in the equipment! People smoking thru the hotel corridors! Smoke smell in the whole hotel!! Breakfast very poor!

Room we booked was with window, but the whole window was blocked so basically, it’s like no window room. Towels were torn and old! Room was so dim even after I turned on all the lights. While waiting in line to check out, a guy just walked in front of me without standing in line and the front desk clerk helped him first even though she saw that I’ve been waiting in line way before that guy cut in line. Overall, bad experience at this hotel. Will not return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada Bell Tower Hotel Xi'an from April 2024 and wanted to share my thoughts on my experience.
Firstly, I wanted to commend your staff for their exceptional service (Wang Ma Li). Staff were efficient and accommodating throughout my stay. Additionally, the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness in my room. The location is very good. Convenient stores, Metro and restaurants are all nearby. The hotel has free laundry services and luggage storage for hotel guest as well.
