簡直差到極致，從蘭州出發到西安帶着美美的心情被一個酒店搞壞，去到前台有一個胖女生接待，開始沒有要求協調大床房的時候，自己説有，但當我們説能幫我們換房間的時候，馬上很硬氣的告訴我們沒了，還告訴我們不相信可以去攜程找客服，整個一個她説了算的態度，簡直沒見過這麼惡劣的態度，早上出門的時候還告訴了他們，結果回酒店説沒有打通客人的電話，還在説我在為難誰誰，誰出來不是帶着一個好心情，就這個酒店衞生還有理由讓我説什麼嗎

房間給升級了輕奢，這一點是值得肯定的，而且酒店位置臨近地鐵站、芙蓉園、不夜城、大雁塔等，位置十分優越，還帶早餐，樓下也有漢服體驗館和幾個超市和小餐館！唯一吐槽的就是房間裏的地毯，衞生狀況不敢恭維，如果店家能夠徹底清理一次，這個酒店真的沒得説！希望酒店能夠引起重視！

酒店性價比高，價格合適，位置非常優越，挨着地鐵站，挨着大唐芙蓉園。
早上早飯很好吃，阿姨特別熱情，沒菜了還給我們現做。住這裏去不夜城也特別近，晚上從大雁塔北廣場向南走，回到芙蓉坊正好，不走回頭路。

隨便選的酒店，過年期間溢價正常，優點是位置好，離景區地鐵都方便，淋雨熱水充足，缺點是整體環境太糟糕，地毯上全是污漬，房間隔音效果極差，如果不是夜裡到的晚，我一定會立刻換房間，隔壁説話聲，樓上廁所沖水聲，直到夜裡1點多才安靜下來，早晨4點多又有出行的人，樓道里熱鬧的很，睡眠嚴重受到影響，睡眠輕的人慎選。

酒店房間乾淨整潔，服務熱情。出地鐵口就到酒店停車場。酒店距離大唐芙蓉園、長安十二時辰、大唐不夜城直徑500米以內，非常方便，晚上看完大唐不夜城的節目，不用怕堵車，10分鐘左右就到了。樓下有炒菜館、早餐、便利店，還有兩個大大的漢服體驗館。物美價廉，非常好！以後來西安肯定還選這裏。
